Poorly written
The book "Develop and Operate Your LoRaWAN IoT Nodes" was Poorly written, jumbled presentation, poor English. Elektor are usually good and can do much better than this

The package was a book and PCB. Both were unpacked in a box and shippe Europe to USA. The box was damaged. I sent an email describing the situation and got no response.

This device has a very poor display.
This device has a display that cannot be read in bright sunlight. Geiger counters are used for locating radioactive rocks and minerals and other environmental features so it is important that the instrument is designed for outdoor use.

Book download frustration
I have bought a good few ebooks over the years and recently to my frustration, around 2 weeks ago now. I went to download a recent purchase and all my downloads had disappeared. I messaged support which took quite a number of days to reply, not the best of service I'd say. Anyway I was told they were switching to a new website and they were experiencing some delays in the migration of data, more like weeks not days. Okay fine but are these migrations not normally well planned and tested in advance. Also why not be professional as communication is absolute key with customers and send out an email in the first instance to say what is going to happen and then a further one keeping us updated. To this date I still cannot download the latest ebook (#4000282451) I bought and only have two others listed that I can download. What's happened to my other books, they are still not listed. I'm sorry but this is a poor show Elektor, I thought you were much better than this. PS the order number quoted here is my latest one that I still cannot download.
Well I have to say in response to my original review Elektor have been most apologetic and have bent over backwards to help me, even giving me a discount code which has been very well received. I do understand migrations can go wrong but I know Elektor have taken this onboard. I have been with them many years as a customer for there magazine and have found them great. Thanks Elektor for taking my comments onboard and responding excellently.
