Item outside of delivery date and no response from team

When I ordered my product on July 26th I was informed that it would take 3-5 business days to arrive with me. As of the 6th of August I am yet to receive my parcel despite having received a request to review the company. I contacted the company on August 2nd requesting a shipping update for my parcel and while i understand it was a Friday and therefore it may not have been attended to right away, i am yet to receive any updates for the parcel or to the email as of writing this review on august 6th. I have sent a further email of enquiry for this product to a different email address this company provides on their website. Exceptionally disappointed as I have purchased many of their products from different websites before and know they are of good quality so decided to purchase directly from the manufacturer. I know in the future to not order directly anyway.

Love the product, so much that I’m willing to order it from overseas 🫶🏽 Wish Face Haus still sold it but grateful I was introduced to your fantastic product nonetheless.
