Complete Scam – Do Not Buy! I ordered a short-sleeved dress for a wedding and paid extra for 5-day shipping. What And I received a completely different dress that wasn't worth $5 and they never refunded my money... I returned the dress and they kept my money

Terrible in every way!! Stay away!! After over 3 months I managed to get a refund for an order they never shipped only because I contacted the bank I had paid with!!

Big scam! I ordered a dress that looked beautiful but they sent me something like a secondhand curtain, totally useful. I never got an order number or anything to my mail so I cannot asking for refund. DO NOT buy from this company!

This company is a scam! I ordered a dress that looked beautiful in the picture but what they sent me was absolutely not the one in the picture. When I tried emailing them about starting the return process, they kept sending me automated replies, asking for the order number. I never got an order number. They can't just track it through my email?? This has been going on for days and I'm just giving up cuz there's no way to go forward. DO NOT buy from this company, please!!

I ordered a short-sleeved dress for a wedding and paid extra for 5-day shipping. What I received almost a month late was a completely different dress – long sleeves, no shape, and absolutely nothing like the photo. The quality is terrible — I wouldn’t even pay $1 for what they sent.

This company is misleading customers with fake product images and shipping promises they can’t keep. I missed the event I needed it for and now can’t use it at all. I’ve asked for a full refund and to cancel the rest of my order, but honestly, they should be shut down for false advertising.

Avoid at all costs. This was a total waste of time and money.

Most hideous dress I've ever purchased. It didn't look anything near the advertised picture what so ever. The intended dress was suppose to have flow throughout the arms and waist, but the dress that came in was like a heavy piece of tapestry. I wish this review site had a picture upload feature, because I'd LOVE to expose this store for misrepresentation. The product that came in was absurd. NEVER AGAIN.

If I could leave 5 NEGATIVE stars I would. Absolutely appalling quality, and looks nothing like the picture or colour or even the pattern. Have tried contacting them NO response, there is no information about them either. The seams are coming apart with white stitching on blue, there is threads hanging out everywhere. The material is thin and not fit for purpose. My emails keep getting returned to me too. How do you contact this company?

Scammed. Money taken, no goods, no refund. Lies and theft. Emails from Shine after contacting elepasion. Disgusted.

This company is a scam I ordered a dress it came and it looked hideous they are using photos from other light company's and taking money of people also when you adk for refund they keep replying with same email asking for order number even when you have already sent it to them stay away from these horrible people

As stated on your website, I was expecting to see the final price including any customs duties or additional charges before confirming the order. However, the payment was unexpectedly and automatically charged to my İşbank credit card, without any security verification steps that my bank typically uses, even for small transactions.

This purchase was made without my explicit consent and approval.

Therefore, under consumer protection laws, I am submitting this as a formal complaint and request:

The immediate cancellation of order CYYPYS00303, and
A full refund of 3,675.24 TL to the same credit card used.

I kindly ask for this matter to be resolved urgently and in good faith.

I received a piece of material that does not look like the dress they advertised. It is a shame and daylight robbery.

The items are not at all like pictured or described. If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered several dresses. Most had sequins in pictures to order but when they arrived the material has pictures of sequins on it not actual sequins. No layers as shown. I returned 4 months ago exactly as instructed and they were received, I have the tracking number stating so. I am still waiting for a refund. I keep getting a generated message stating that as soon as they are received they will refund. All lies!

Long time a go I ordered dress!Was waiting with hope. My order never shipped! I tried wrote emails ,but no answer.To reach company impossible. So,no dress,no money,no hope!
I think, company scamming people with nice pictures and that way making money.

I can't believe what this company is doing to customers, I order a dress for my son's weeding and what I received is a cheap rope, the material and the dress nothing like the picture, I won't even wear as PJ.
I being trying to get a return address by email them to get my money back and they haven't respond. I notice in the website there is no address or phone numb to contact a representative to complain.
please do not order ever in this company it is a rip off :(.

Unbelievable that they get away with taking your money to practically send shreds I couldn’t even bring to the charity shop… Absolutely no resemblance to photos on their website. Steer clear!

This company is crap.
I received my order and could not believe how terrible the clothing looked. Nothing like what I ordered.
I hope this company gets caught stealing from people like myself. I will never ever buy from this company and I will make sure I
tell everyone who shops online not to shop from elepasion. It's a real disgrace. I learned my lesson.

Total scam. We bought one dress. What arrived it is totally different design and colour. The fabric is very thin, of very poor quality. The stitches look like Frankenstein, appalling quality.
We asked to have a reimbursement. They say OK, but then that we have to send it back to China. However, the package with which they send it to us has a UK address. Sending it back to China would cost more than the dress.

1* and only because I can't put less! The clothing looked great. The pricing had my hand on the red flag but after that? Nothing. When I contacted them I got a standard response, 'please be patient'... They didn't take PayPal so thankfully I used a card that had purchase protection. I have my money back. No product. Stupid way to learn not to do that again. Why on earth can these 'businesses' continue?
