I used my card to get a refund from a shop and it has shown on my account transactions as a refund but they have debited it from my balance not added it on! No help from anyone when you message this happens the same time as another customer by looking at the dates of reviews

My credit score isn't great but not too drastic either. I was turned down in short order . Maybe because I ticked the don,t know box when asked how I would use the card . I have two cards and was considering paying off one of them . I also have an AMEX with practically a zero balance which I use for travel. And I also have a pension from a previous job. Unable to find my profession on the application either. Not impressed . Deleted the app but would welcome a comment

Please explain why account is in debit of £2.58 when i am not owing you. Rather my account should be in credit. Please reply

No frills credit card, for cash withdrawals/bank transfer(fees free) and spending abroad... I make bold to say, it's the best in it's class !!!!

I recently opened elfin account. I must admit their services are absolutely amazing and professional. Whole process was completed online within minutes. Far better than any usual credit provider I must admit. I received my elfin card today and the whole presentation of card was done highly professionally Well done guys

Very low interest rates completely in the present market

Lovely service I found eflin very handy and helpful especially in these very hard times can't wait til my interest gets a bit lower but you will not beat the at the minute if you pay on time they no doubt interest will fall shortly but at the minute I cannot fault there service. 10 outa 10 from me eflin..

Saw the advert so applied after reading trust pilot reviews 1 in particular say his credit was poor but got offered a card with a £2000 limit. My credit score is not brilliant but its not too bad either as I've been working hard over the last 2 years to build it and is now much better than it used to be but I still got refused as I don't meet their lending criteria

It’s not a credit card because you are not cover with the section 75, that means if something goes wrong you are responsible, it is merely a debit card with the difference that you have to pay the interest on top of it....I opened and closed the account after 1 day, it is not worth, and customer service is not good too...if you are searching for a credit card to be used abroad and in the meantime being covered and without fees...look around there are some...what is the deal with this card?

Best card for travel

I have been using Elfin Market for a few months now. I love the Elfin Card, especially when it comes to travelling. Unlimited cash withdrawals and no foreign exchange fees. That's just awesome. Even more flexible than Revolut who limits ATM withdrawals. As a frequent traveller, I am very happy with the service provided, and interest has always been very reasonable. I have recommended to many people around me and would definitely recommend to anyone who travels a lot! Thanks Elfin.

This popped up on my FB feed today. I applied not really expecting to be approved my credit isnt the best tbh and was given 2k, yes the interest is slightly higher however i expect this as a low credit scoring person. It meant i could clear some High interest loans off and consolidate into 1 manageable payment also now leaving me with funds for the month and not struggling to make or find the money to pay. So far so good. hopefully with additional payments made by APR Score will come down over time but thank you.

Great easy card and app to use, low interest rates, never had a problem, can transfer cash straight to bank account or use the card to buy things, can't fault them in any way
