Great platform. Signed up in just a few minutes, made a withdrawal that went straight to my bank account. Interest rates are reasonable and support team is quick and nice. The app is beautiful, I do love their design and colors. Haven’t ordered a card yet as they seem to be out of stock but I actually prefer withdrawing to my Monzo account and using my Monzo card. That’s going to save space in my wallet! Keep up the good work Elfin!

Account was opened and credit limit given straight away. I then had the account locked and no contact from the team until sending several emails chasing for some assistance. My accounts now been closed down.
Really poor service to give an account then close down within days of opening due to credit reasons when they were quick enough to sign me up.

Total rip off! Don't be fooled by the low interest rate. Interest is daily! So you are better off getting a credit card and they dont make it very clear when signing up. Because of this I am now in debt when I have never had any issues before!

Someone reached out next week but disappeared because clearly you lot are not only lazy but scammers. I requested to be put on a £20 payment plan. Id suggest you agree if you want to see any money

Edit: Now that I reached back AGAIN twice I did get a reply and this has now been sorted. However, 3 months wont change much tbh. I find it very difficult to believe that I will get a new permanent job by February when it is the deadest time of the year but we will see. Also you mention no hidden fees, I have about 4 credit cards and I have never had any issues or “hidden fees” you pay the rate monthly and thats it, not daily rate which makes it worse than an actual credit card. So im not sure on which companies you base your statements on but all the companies I used have no hidden fee, just 1 monthly fee (%)

I’m an international student and having financial difficulties at point then i found elfin is offering loans at low interest rate and then applied for it. It was so smooth process and very simple steps.
At lowest interest rate. Which no other companies offer in the UK market. Life saviour for many students.

I used my card to get a refund from a shop and it has shown on my account transactions as a refund but they have debited it from my balance not added it on! No help from anyone when you message this happens the same time as another customer by looking at the dates of reviews
