Overpriced!
The video is nice and for sure will bring joy to our kids, however the price paid overall was unexpected.
First I have ordered a group video that costs £9.9 but when have added a voucher for another group video, the invoice paid was £20.68. The next day have decided to use this voucher and was asked to pay another £13.5.
So in total have paid almost £35 for both videos…. although on their website one video video costs £9.9….can’t understand where was the offer…

Was sent personalised video on time to my email address. Got video for my Grandkids. They where shocked and surprised by what Santa had to say. Definitely will get again next year.

Very very expensive and letter not turned up yet. And letter won’t be fun as couldn’t add about the child as that’s yet another £5?!?! Ridiculous won’t be using next year

You pay more, only if you choose a gold letter, because in addition to the letter, you will receive the sticker, postcard and diploma of good child in a red envelope.
