Very Well priced and good service, could use a points system though. Also very easy to by used products to save money but also good for the environment while it’s also perfectly safe.

NOTE: This is an update on my last review, with even mroe trouble having cropped up. I complained that the service center was designed to scare people away by being frustrating to deal with. Specifically highlighting:
(1). They don't send you a shipping labels.
(2). They don't even SEND IT BACK to you.
(3). Because of point 1 and 2, if you originally paid for shipping on your items, that is no longer a service they provided you.
Keep in mind that the above points, true or not, were what I was originally told by several seperate individuals working for Elgiganten.
Here are a few new reasons not to shop there and the story behind below:
(4). Lying and Misinformation is a consistent experience. I am constantly told, regarding shipping, that I have to buy the shipping label myself; then I am told they have no options for shipping themselves; then I am told it it no problem and they send me a label; then all of a sudden "they can't" again. It all depends who you are talking to, but it is clear now, that in most conversations, I am either being misinformed and directly lied to.
(5). Mismanaging service tickets. This one I am more forgiving about, as it comes down to whether your colleague is good at writing stuff down for you or not - but sending in your product and having a full agreement, that nobody knows anything about all of a sudden is not great.
(6) Time Waste: I have now wasted hours and hours of my life talking to different workers, e-mailing, calling and trying to get through their phone "press this button if X" maze, driving to the service center, going to pick-up-points to recieve and send. It's insane.
(7) The Service itself: so far I have talked to 2 out of 6 people, who seemed genuinly helpful. 2 people out of 6 who provide solutions and not just more problems. And 1 of them was really nice to talk to and it seemed like he was on my team. So as far as I can tell, you have a 66% expectancy of having a bad time on contact.
I remain ever more convinced that the whole service system is designed to tire people out, so they won't complain.
STORY UPDATE 10th of August, 2023:
The case is regarding a vacuum cleaner with a fault. When I wrote the review in June, I had just turned it in (physically) at their service center. I got it back after 15 days. Elgiganten made a comment inviting me to send them an e-mail, and I promptly did, requesting that they either ship me the vacuum cleaner back, or they give me back the shipping costs, as we originally had it shipped out. The woman I e-mailed with, albeit not addressing my full inquiry, expressed that it is possible for the service center to send out packages, but normally only if you yourself initially send it (which is not what I was told) - but she did take care of it and had it sent to a nearby pick-up point.
I started the vacuum cleaner and it immediately exhibited the exact same issue as before. I wrote to the same e-mail again and they contacted my local service center (LSC).
LSC then called me and I finally talked to the first person who genuinly seemed to like working in customer services and who was just helpful. He expressed that he understood the frustration, he gave me a label to print, to send the package back in (which I was initially told in June, they could not do) and said they would send me a vacuum to borrow while resolving my ticket, and that after solving the matter with the manufacturer, I would get a new one.
As I agreed with him, I waited two weeks with sending it in, because I needed it in the meantime. I then sent it in and I got a call the next day from a different service member, not knowing why he had received a vacuum. I then explained it to him and he got to work. Fast forward a weeks time, I got an e-mail indicating that they had gotten money back from the manufacturer - I assumed then they would get to work on sending me another vacuum cleaner.
Nothing happened and today I called them to ask what is up, and they apparently were waiting for me to act on it. They tried sending some texts, that I did not recieve (we tested, and truly, I do not recieve their texts). I was then told I could get my money returned. I explained that I had a deal to get a new vacuum cleaner. She then put me on hold for a little bit and when she came back I got two pieces of information: first that she will have my LSC call me to figure it out - which is fine - and then also that the money might not be enough to cover sending me a new vacuum cleaner (I am assuming because it was originally bought on sale). Now I am waiting for the LSC to call.
UPDATE:
I have recieved my replacement product, but not before having to fight for not having to pay for shipping (again) over the phone.
Regarding their comment below: the confusion with shipping comes from both sources, saying and doing things that don't even align with what YOU are saying now. It is lying and or misinformation. Again.

After shopping in Elgiganten Odense and getting a parking fine, one star is all that Elgiganten deserves. It is highly despicable not to have at least one sign at the entrance in the store that the parking is metered.

I have bought two Asus Zenbook 14 laptops from Elgiganten odense last year. I have got a problem with the the screen and unfortunately sendt to service and it took like 5 months to repair it. After that I have got an email that my laptop is ready to be picked up. They worked on my laptop in unprofessional way; there were a lot of scratches on my laptops cover. I have told them about the problem and I have been told that I will be refunded with 1500 kr, but that was a big lie from Elgiganten. I did Not get even one kr for that damage.
Update..
As they answered me below that they can help me with the problem. Now it's gone 20 days!! without any answer on my email. Does it take so long time to answer an email!!
Elgiganten Stop lie on people on your public comments as long as you will not help.
Update..
Lastly they gave me a voucher for 1500 krones.

I usually have all the best to say about elgiganten, but not this time. I have recently ordered a coffee machine from Elgiganten outlet, later to find out, that it hasn't even been cleaned, has scratches and coffee marks everywhere inside, and the worst - it didn't even have essential tools, to even use the coffee machine! It had neither the tamperer nor the milk jug. Makes me wonder if they check any of the returned products. The manager told me it's a mistake of their side and they will send a tamperer, however not the milk jug. Yet I can't even use the machine properly without it. Of course, they say that I can bring it back, but it takes a lot of time and effort from me to do that. The coffee machine wasn't even in a box, I took it like from a thrift shop.
