Shocking service, rude workmen, completely scammed my elderly dad. Would not fix their terrible workmanship. Do Not Use!

Awful. Worst repair works I have ever experienced. Just a scam company. Mr Marshall must be some kind of psychotic, he kept referring to me as "Steptoe", he even pointed to one of his workers and told me that he was my "dad". As has been commented by another reviewer, he also appears to be aggressive when challenged. In hindsight, I should have asked him to leave at first opportunity. My home is a mess now and it is going to cost me more to put it right. You cant trust their workers, I was lied to on a number of occasions as a cover up for their bodged works, which only became evident after they left. I can no longer get in touch for them to come back and repair their damage, they appear to have ceased trading, their 10 year guarantee is worthless now and it seems too late, they have done a runner on me. I did not want to give this company any stars, but you have to indicate at least one before you can proceed

They don't deserve a star. We had guttering replaced on 10 and 11 March 2026 at a cost of £1800.00. When it rains underneath the home is flooded. We have phoned daily and left messages. Once the phone was answered and the man undertook to send someone out, which never happened.

Their website has been removed. They claim Elite Park Homes is a trading name of Stay Bright Home Improvements but this is untrue. The name was changed from Stay Bright to Elite Park Homes on 5 November 2025.

What use is a 15 year guarantee when defaults cannot be rectified within a month?

I requested a survey on my fire-damaged home for an independent damages claim. They requested photos of the damaged then stated they wouldn't need to visit and could carry out a survey based on a video and photos and wanted payment up front.
Their survey consisted of two ungrammatical, misspelled sentences without any details of the Surveyor, his qualifications, or reasons for his conclusions... I eventually got a refund - an envelope stuffed full of £20 notes and a message that they'd ceased trading.
I really hope they have because they seem to be total charlatans...

They done my dads park home putting a new roof on and new insulation they kept me informed all through the job and keeping everything clean and tidy after every day and we booked them to install new windows this year. thanks guys amazing job

Cold calling and tricking old people to have underfloor insulation on virtually brand new park homes, also the guy was getting upset and agressive with people when challenged about his claims avoid using this company

A company that trades mostly on mobile home sites by Door knocking. While nothing wrong in this, it is supposed be a normal practice to give a quote and if accepted give a 14 day cooling off period before work commences however they Started immediately and completed work on 22 Aug 2024 effectively giving no time to think or cooling off period.
