worst company ever done wheel alignment and steering wheel is still not straight even after 3rd time i cone they say its all ok have to go in another garage to fix my alignment worst company ever and experience AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!

Honestly hands down best place for no nonsense work. The best alignment team over in Rainham. I’ve moved over to Cambridge and I still travel there to get any work done. Always friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Chris helped me out massively today!

I've been a customer at Elite for many years now. This is the first time I have been back since the new ownership and although the shop has shrunk in size the service and quality has not. I missed my slot due to bad traffic but still had 4 tyres and a 4 wheel alignment done in less than 90 minutes. Very helpful and engaging staff and I will not hesitate to return in the future.

Was looking for new alloys and tyres for my Jaguar XE, searched a lot of places online and choose Elite. Glad I did, very good service and friendly staff. Ordered my wheels one week and had them fitted the next, would recommend to anyone.

Have been a customer for years and the Elite service had always been excellent but today they excelled themselves. Whoever owned my son's car before him obviously had the world's strongest man tighten the wheel nuts. Even long bars, standing on wrenches and lubricating with copious swear words didn't shift the last stubborn little tyke.

So we paid a visit to Elite and the wonderful fella on the desk (sorry I didn't get his name) brought a gun out to the car and shifted the stuck bolt and dug around to find a replacement for it from the bottom of a drawer.

And then the cherry on this cake was he refused to take any money for it.

Phenomenal customer service and I for one won't be shopping anywhere else for tyres. Keep up the good work Elite.

Terrible - poor experience, would never shop here even if they had the last tyres on earth. Staff are racist, unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and just lacking in customer service as a whole. I wouldn't recommend using them, avoid them at all costs. God forbid you have an issue with the service they provide you, they will disagree and insult you whilst doing so. They can do no wrong at Elite.

I have already recommended Elite Direct to my friends, its at a handy location and they always stock the tyres i need so there is no waiting.
All the staff are friendly and you can chill out while you wait.

Havnt got any complaints. keep up the good work.

Went to Elite on recommendation and can see why!
All their work was carried out conscientiously and I was kept up to date all they way through. All pricing was agreed upfront before any work was undertaken.
From a main dealer quotation I was expecting a bill of over £700, and Elite was under half that.
