Not good service but good product
I have ordered à furniture and the delivery delay was between 4 and 8 weeks. As i still haven't any news i have contacted the customer service several time and they ask me To wait. On the 8th week, i still didn't have any news and i contacted the customer service again and only at this moment they told me that they haven't the furniture in stock and they have ordered it... so i had to wait the double time to get delivered and they didn't give me any commercial gesture even if i asked if the deliverer can bring the package in my appartement because as the date was postponed, my friend cannot come To help me carry the package. The service is not good even if the fourniture is good quality.

Pretty good, not perfect
Honestly, better than expected. I feel like this site can do a lot more than it shows. We had our package 3 days before they said they would, which was a pleasant surprise. I would shop here again.

8 weeks waiting for kitchen furnitures instead of 4, then we get money back. No contact with seller, you can call whole day and nobody answer, same thing with email. We end our disput by European Dispute website
Next time beter pay little bit more and go to IKEA. Don’t trust Emob- Stay away!
