Installer was difficult and rude
Installer was difficult and rude. Tried to work out issues but was argumentative. There are issues with portions of the molding install but they ran out of molding.

My consultant
My consultant, Scott Coscia, was prompt patient & extremely knowledgeable. He brought samples of many different types of flooring for me to choose from. He explained all the differences & benefits of each one & then allowed me to make my own decision. He didn’t try to steer me or pressure me into anything. He was very professional. I was extremely comfortable with him in my home. I am very satisfied with the price & quality of the flooring I chose. I will boast about Empire & recommend them to all of my friends for all of their flooring needs.

Great experience
I met with flooring consultant David Schmieder Jr. from Empire Today yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly informative and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all my options without ever being pushy. David answered every question I had and made the whole process easy and comfortable. His guidance helped me confidently move forward with my carpet purchase, which is scheduled to be installed at a later date. Highly recommend working with him

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The consultation went good. They changed the date of installation, which messed up my schedule. On installation date, they were late. The day carpet came and they were cutting it out, I realized the carpet was the wrong color. A week had already been taken away. If I reschedule, that would probably be another week, possibly two. When I get ready to do my flooring in my other place in a few months, I will not use Empire.

The floors look nice
The floors look nice. I had a bad experience with the first floor i picked out and come to find out i could of had that floor with my walker. The installers left a mess out in the driveway and on the deck. Left a water bottle on the deck. When they came in they never showed a badge when they came in. The van didnt have no identity on it. I offered to help clean the mess up and the said no but after they left I still had to clean it up myself. Customer service was rude. The 2 installers that came out and wouldn't put the floor down was so rude.
