The subscription did not work for me because sizing is difficult. But the service have been really helpful and efficient

While the sets are beautiful, what made this purchase worth it was the customer service. I hadn’t realized how long the shipping took when I placed my order—which I was hoping to have before my first wedding anniversary. Jezza was a literal life saver! She helped me make the order express, and did everything she could to make sure I had my order before my anniversary trip (which I did!). My husband and I are both grateful lol.

I have some really mixed feelings regarding Empress Mimi this last ten months or so with a few being not good at all. Considering the first year or so of my experience with you guys was nothing but positive it’s pretty disappointing the decline in service. That being said I’ve had to deal with your customer service people a few times and Jezza has been very helpful and has done what she can to help me. She may not be able to fix certain things, but having friendly people helping makes one less issue to deal with. So thank you Jezza, I appreciate you. Submitted an order. 10 days later after it was still not shipped. I contacted customer service. They said they didn't know why and said they would ask the warehouse. Two days after that no update. I asked them to cancel and refund and they have not responded. It's been nearly 20 days since I ordered from them and I have received nothing. Horrible company.

At first I was skeptical and was convinced I was being scammed lol. The customer support team was very kind nonetheless. I will say it did take a little longer than I expected to receive my package. I still love everything though! It’s very beautiful and the fabric is very soft. I did goof and order sizes too big for the bras so I’ll have to exchange them. They were very fast in responding to my return request!

I caved and ordered after seeing a lot of Instagram adds for EmpressMimi, and wanting to start a nice set of feminine, pretty but still sexy lingerie. I love the subscription service as I like the surprise aspect and that you get a nice treat once a month - helps curb my shopping habit a bit! I had an issue with the size return guarantee (- and would honestly recommend sizing up from the online size chart), but Jezza was super quick and kind to respond and help me out. Only took a couple days to get it all sorted and my order is already shipped. I like the quality as my items are soft and feel pretty well made especially for the price. I LOVE that the pieces are adjustable too, as I fluctuate in size and the wiggle room to adjust really makes me feel more confident.
