Endeavour Chiswick took a week to complete a service & MOT because of bad organisation and communication. Keys needed to be replaced apparently, but because somebody was sick I had to wait.....the receptionist told me on numerous occasions that it is annoying when customers don't know who was dealing with their vehicle! Finally picked up the car & was presented with an indecipherable invoice. Have been using this dealership & buying cars for 20yrs but not sure I'll return.

Endeavour Hyundai Colchester were very professional, knew there stuff on their cars and most importantly took the time to understand our needs so that we got the right cars for our needs.
Selby was great to work with and I would recommend him and Connor to anybody looking for a new or used car, they both assisted us to ensure we had the right deal for us

I bought a Volvo XC90 Selekt from Volvo North West London (Endeavour Automotive) in December. I reported that both headlights were heavily misting with water droplets within days of picking up the car - bad enough that it's unlikely to pass an MOT.
11 weeks later, the issue is still not fixed. Their own service department inspected the car 6 weeks ago and confirmed both headlights need replacing (£3,000). However, the Head of Business James May and Head of Sales Mo Ansari have stopped responding after promising to fix the issue. I am told the delay is because they are unsure which budget line to pay for the fix from.
They sold me a car that is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose, let alone manufacturer approved used. Do not buy a "Selekt" car here if you expect them to honor their promises.

I dropped my car into Volvo Borehamwood on 18 February for a replacement battery. There are three problems:
1. Borehamwood has had the car for a month and still not completed the replacement. I do not understand how it can take this long to change a battery.
2. The communications from Borehamwood have been dire, almost non existent. I have called Borehamwood more than 15 times, with the vast majority of calls not being picked up at all. I have left multiple answerphone messages, but not received any call back. I have contacted Volvo repeatedly on WhatsApp but have still not had any contact from the dealer.
3. This car is on a Care by Volvo subscription. I have therefore had to pay a full month's subscription for absolutely no use of the car because it has been sat in the Volvo garage.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in 40 years of having cars. Awful wait times for spares, no communication, just terrible.

CAUTION Refundable Deposit Not Yet Refunded.
Hyundai Endeavour Ipswich - I visited on 9th Feb with a view to buying a Kona HYBRID, part-exchanging my Audi Q3. I was shown a Kona online which was expected at the dealership soon. I was shown a similar vehicle at the dealership for guidance and, after a couple of hours, we’d made an unremarkable deal and a ‘Refundable Deposit’ of £500 was paid. It was at this point I was told that the Kona was in fact PETROL rather than HYBRID ‘but it was still everything else you’re looking for’. Apparently, it had been advertised online incorrectly in error, which I believe. I declined this offer/deal because it is not a hybrid.
To make up for this, they said they would find what I wanted & promised to come up with a good deal to make up for it.
That didn’t happen at all. I had to remind them they were to look for a car for me and that they had my deposit. I was sent a couple of vehicle details. One was a Kona Hybrid Ultimate but when I said I might be interested in that one, it had in fact already been sold. A couple of other cars were suggested but they weren’t what I was looking for.
After a couple of weeks, I advised them that I had found the spec myself & purchased a Kona Hybrid Ultimate through another dealership. (Incidentally, this deal benefited me by £4k more than any Endeavour ‘deal’ ).
The £500 refund was agreed to be made and I’ve been met with stalling tactics ever since. Zero Customer Service now. Emails - no response. Phone calls - no actions taken.
Foolishly, I hadn’t checked their reviews here first.
Luckily, I have kept records so now I have to see what other options I have to get them to refund. I’ll update this review as things evolve.
For now, be careful with your money.
UPDATE - 2 days after posting this review, Endeavour Automative emailed me via Trustpilot asking for more information which also verified this review as legit.
I’ve had no further comms from them or Endeavour Ipswich but the full refund appeared in my account within a couple of hours.
I’ve raised the review from ONE to TWO stars because, whilst eventually reassuringly resolved, the entire experience was still less than average.
Now, one more phonecall to update & cancel my refund claim that I’d made through the bank…
UPDATE 2 - a couple of hours after my first update, I had a call from Endeavour Ipswich. They confirmed the refund, apologised & insisted this isn’t typical of their level of service there.

I had a service on my xc60 at Watford Endevour.
When I got home, I put the car into reverse a red brake light warning light comes on .
I have rung . Messaged, emailed , for 3 weeks.
Not a single reply.
It seems this company just wants to take your money .
This company is an absolute disgrace.
How can a company have so many bad reviews,
one would think they would want to do something about it.
Just who runs this company.

This issue is now resolved — but only after 13 escalating emails and weeks of chasing.
The warranty promised at the point of sale, and later confirmed in writing by the Head of Business, simply was not implemented until I repeatedly escalated the matter.
Emails and calls were frequently ignored. Even after copying the Endeavour Automotive Group CEO and Customer Feedback / Complaints team, I received no acknowledgement whatsoever.
The delays also risked pushing the warranty beyond the 30-day reinstatement window, which would have forced me to purchase the cover myself at a cost of £1,429.
For balance, the XC90 itself is an excellent car, but based on this experience I would strongly recommend avoiding Volvo North West London (Endeavour Automotive Group).
I was also surprised that Volvo UK appeared unwilling to take responsibility for the behaviour of one of their main dealers.
-------------------------------------------------------------
I purchased a Volvo through the Volvo Selekt – Approved Used Cars programme from Volvo North West London (Endeavour Automotive Group) and was told at the point of sale that taking Volvo finance would secure a second year of Volvo manufacturer-backed warranty.
When I was later contacted and offered the opportunity to extend the warranty, this came as a surprise as I had clearly been promised two years of Volvo cover. I therefore contacted the dealership on 5 February 2026, before the first year expired.
The warranty expired on 13 February.
On 20 February, the Head of Business confirmed in writing that the Volvo warranty would be set up the following week and that policy documentation would be sent.
More than a month later:
• No policy documentation has been issued
• The Volvo warranty renewals team confirm they have never received any instruction from the dealership to activate the policy
• My follow-up emails and telephone calls have largely gone unanswered
After escalating the matter to senior management, including the Endeavour Automotive Group CEO and the Customer Feedback / Complaints team, I received another reassurance that the warranty was “in process”. The Volvo warranty team still confirm that nothing has been submitted.
This is particularly concerning because Volvo warranties can only be reinstated within 30 days of expiry, meaning the dealership’s delays now risk making it impossible to activate the promised manufacturer-backed cover.
The dealership also attempted to offer a dealer-backed warranty instead, which I declined as it is not equivalent to the Volvo warranty that was promised.
At the time of writing I still have no confirmation that the agreed Volvo warranty has even been submitted, despite written assurances that it would be put in place.
Given that the Volvo finance agreement was presented as the mechanism through which the second year warranty would be secured, I will now also be asking Volvo UK to review how this transaction was handled.

I booked a PPI on a vehicle from a west London Endevour Volvo dealership. The salesperson assured me the vehicle would be available and a date and time was agreed in writing. The inspector arrived at the site to be informed that the vehicle had been sold. The inspector called to explain the situation. I lost my inspection fee as the inspector had arrived at the correct and agreed date and time. No response form the dealership after feedback. Appalling treatment of a new customer.
I would not recommend buying a car from Volvo Cars Romford because if you have any problems, the service department are next to impossible to contact and do not want to fix any issues that come under your warranty. My Volvo XC40 developed a fault, went into limp mode and had to be towed to the dealership. It took them 4 weeks to repair it under the warranty. During that 4 weeks I had just 1 phone call from them. The rest of the time was me chasing them. They just kept telling me they were very busy and it would take time to find the fault. Once they found the fault and admitted that it would be fixed under warranty, it took another 9 days for them to complete the repair. During one of the phone calls, the person I spoke to try to imply that I must have caused the damage by crashing my car or driving to fast over a bump in the road? This was before they even know what the problem was (It was the high voltage unit at fault). They also completed the service and MOT at that time and when giving the car back to me were keen to let me know that the the brake pads/tyres had failed the health check (but not the MOT -no advisories) but did not mention that the tail struts had also failed. This I discovered once I read the paperwork when I got home. I believe the manager deliberately did not talk me through this issue as this is a known problem on XC40's and should be replaced under warranty. I have contacted them via email and phone since and have had no reply.
Communication is poor and customer service non existent once you have bought your car.

My experience with this company was beyond disappointing. I reserved a car online, but when I arrived to view it, I was told it was unavailable (had already been sold). Instead, they offered me a newer model vehicle. The price was higher than I had planned to spend, but still reasonable for the upgrade, so I agreed to proceed. They took my deposit and we began completing the contract.
Partway through, another sales representative came over with “bad news”: they claimed the price was in error and demanded several thousand pounds more to continue with the sale. I refused, as we already had a binding agreement at the price they had confirmed. They refused to budge and I took the matter to small claims court. I even offered a compromise beforehand, but the company refused to negotiate (only offering me a small discount on the higher price). After waiting nine months for a hearing, they didn’t even bother to show up in court. The judge awarded me substantial damages plus court costs. To their credit, they did pay the court‑ordered amount promptly—hence the single star.
As a customer, I felt like the least important part of their business. They had every opportunity to show goodwill and resolve the issue professionally, but chose not to.

I booked our Hyundai Tucson in for its annual service at the North London branch, by phone. I requested a courtesy car but was told none was available (I support a partner who has terminal cancer and Alzheimers Disease). When I arrived I was told there was a courtesy car (sadly, I didn't have my driving licence on me as I understood there was no courtesy car). The staff including the manager Rob are surly and have NO customer service skills. When I said I would complain to the regional manager, Rob said "I'll tell him what kind of customer you are!" Completely unbelievable. Won't be buying a Hyundai ever again.
PS Thank you for your response. Sadly, I find Endeavour North London to be unhelpful. We are renewing our car soon and won't buy another Hyundai due to the dire customer service at your branch.

Took my polestar to service at the letchworth - 2 months after i’m getting all sort of sensor errors. I called the garage they booked me for a free health check and then they gave me a bill of £220 and o told them i was not told this they still charged me. I called polestar they said this dealer should have done diagnostics on my vehicle now i have to get another diagnostics done by polestar and pay more money. Manager is not responding to my emails I have to dispute the payment though the bank today

Just had my xc60 serviced at endeavour north London, have two years service plan, last year small service, three weeks later broke down needed new plugs at my expense, just had major service today only changed oil, filter, pollen filter, update soft ware when questioned about lack of parts what was changed for a major service it's because I took out a volvo service plan and not a ENDEAVOUR service plan where everything is changed 🤣🤣 it is just a con.

Looking to purchase a car but why would I deal with a company that does not have a phone number?!! Potential, and presumably existing customers, are only able to make contact through WhatsApp. So this is how they are dealing with their customer service issues.
Unfortunate as I can actually see a car on their website that might be suitable. Hey ho. Plenty more fish.......

Avoid at all costs. Dreadful experience. Tried 3 times to buy a brand new car. Still waiting for a call back to order and pay for it. Had more luck ordering a pizza. Salesperson totally disinterested and didn't even know the product he was supposed to be selling. Went elsewhere in the end. Somewhere that wanted to sell cars, who would have thought 🤔

Absolutely dreadful customer service from the service desk team at Endeavour Hyundai Ipswich.
I have been trying to get an ISLA software update for over 4 months and have been getting no where.
Not only did they damage my car, and never admitted fault for, they are convinced they know what they are doing when it couldn't be further from the truth.
I am endlessly chasing them for answers but get absolutely nowhere with them.
Edit:
If they only knew to read my email and their own, they would know I was not chasing after AVN logs.

Sean and Zori at Volvo Endeavour Romford, Eastern Avenue are the absolute top of professionalism and customer service.
They need to be recommended for staff recognition of customer service award.

Having used lots of garages over the years, I’ve always found it frustrating trying to get hold of the service team, communication is often poor and everything feels rushed.
After using high-end car service centres for 20 years, this is the first time I haven’t felt like that. Katie at Endeavour Volvo Letchworth has been a breath of fresh air. Her customer service and communication were excellent throughout; clear, friendly, and professional, and I never felt rushed or like just another number.
Not everything went perfectly smoothly with the workshop, but because the front-of-house customer service and communication were so good, I’d absolutely use them again without hesitation. Katie is a real credit to Endeavour Volvo.

Was given the wrong mileage for my car and then told that it was a mistake so they said they would ceramic coat my car to make up for it. There was No guarantee or documentation given and having had it done before I know you get a guarantee and a cleaning pack.
Not returning calls or answering emails
Not servicing correctly.
To be honest I could fill two pages but I am going there next week as there are numerous ongoing issues.
