Brilliant service from Volvo Cars West this morning; the team had a difficult message to manage, with a specific product recall that clearly isn't going well, but they were brilliant, especially Neil, who did the check, and made sure that I knew exactly what they found, and what the next steps are. Thanks so much, Neil!

11 days and 3 emails I am still chasing a deposit left on a car when a deal fell through.
Promises to repay, but no actual money. Very poor and unprofessional, do not trust these guys with a deposit

I had my car serviced at WATFORD/CROXLEY Hyundai and the service was absoloutely appalling - I left an honest NEGATIVE review when they sent me a link. I propmptly received a call from the 'owner' Ben Lear (presumably a franchise owner) who told me he would sort things out and 'look after my needs immediately' and asked that I revise my negative review and give him a 9 rating as he was going to handle the issues and resolve them. Well that was back in April - it is now July and I have had NOTHING!! Disgraceful, incompetent, and I undetsand why 99% of reviews are so negative on Trustpilot! If I could give a ZERO I would - stay away from this dealer!

I bought a car from Endeavour Watford - Hyundai Tuscon LN25XOO about 1.5months back. At the point of sale, Endeavour Watford sales individual (Yaseen Fakhri) did not have the V5 and spare set of key and i was informed that i would receive that within a week. After about 1.5months I escalated to the Business Head who promptly resolved the matter. The Business Head (Domonic) was very helpful and prompt in responses.
The service staff at the dealership was very courteous and quickly tuned the spare set of keys.

Lauren was extremely helpful and accommodating when I explained I needed my car back after the service mid afternoon. He suggested I arrive early and then he and Will did everything they could to get it ready for me. Outstanding service

After two weeks wait of booking ,I tuned up for my booking and the spare part was not available .
This could have been communicated before hand rather than me tuning up and then being told .

I recently visited VOLVO West London and had the pleasure of being assisted by Roger, whose service was truly exemplary from start to finish. In an industry where genuine customer care can often feel transactional, Roger stood out as a true professional who takes pride in creating a meaningful and reassuring experience for his clients.
He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable without being overwhelming, and above all, sincerely focused on finding the best solution for my needs. Roger guided me through each step with transparency, courtesy, and a calm confidence that immediately put me at ease.
It’s rare to encounter someone who combines technical expertise with such a human touch. Roger made the entire process not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return to VOLVO West London again—and I wholeheartedly recommend asking for Roger if you want a truly exceptional experience.

We had a great experience buying from Endevour, which was enhanced by the salesman Anthony . There was no pressure at any point to make a decision and no hard sales pater. They had a large stock of available cars for us to choose from (we wanted and XC40). They were able to source one from a sister site that was the right colour, mileage and age and drove beautifully. We're very happy with the car and would recommend them.

Volvo West London
Awful. No clue of what they are doing, they don't listen and could not care less. I was charged £240 for an inpection without knowing the outcome. I found more info on Google in 5 minutes than what I managed to obtain from them in 3 days....

This is the worst experience of any customer service I have ever received. On top a lot of unresolved issues which are tool long to bore people with, they took my car for a service and charged me £695.00, a week later when checking the paperwork I noticed they had not stamped the book. When I asked they had no recollection of servicing my car!! and could not even find it on their system despite having sold it to me. They re booked me in for a service with a courtesy car. When I arrived I had to wait 1h to be told there was no car and maybe I should take a taxi back. After contacting Andy Gore, the CEO and emailing him directly I am still £695.00 down and no proof of service. When I was waiting there was 3 other very unhappy customers in the waiting room so I assume it isnt just me. Save yourself some trouble and avoid them.

Review of Endeavor Maidenhead Volvo Dealer.
We have been using this garage for many years under the previous ownership and had generally good service for a reasonable cost bearing in mind they were Volvo Main Agents.
However now they are under Endeavour ownership the situation has changed.
We had an "Engine System Service Required" alarm on our Volvo, so because of the potential seriousness tried to book it in for a service with Endeavor Maidenhead. They quoted £200 for investigation of the fault, £300 for the basic service and £100 for changing brake fluid. All plus parts and VAT, total in region of £800. In addition the first appointment available was more than 6 weeks in advance.
All this was unacceptable. In the end we found a competent independent garage and the whole job was done in a week for around £200 including service and replacement glow plugs which fixed the engine alarm.
We got the impression Endeavour are more interested in selling their new Chinese cars and accessories than supporting their long term customers. Why such a long wait for a service appointment, and excessive cost for what amounts to little more than plugging in their diagnostic computer? Not forgetting the excessive parts costs - for example engine oil per litre at full retail price when they just draw it from a huge drum which costs them a fraction of the sale price. We appreciate there is a premium for service from the manufacturer's agents, but this is ridiculous, I am surprised they have any customers left.
We certainly will not be one.

I recently had a massive software failure on my Polestar 2 after the latest OTA download. Endeavour Chiswick quickly checked the car over and found that the central windscreen radar camera had failed. They ordered a new one and agreed to fix it as soon as it arrived - they did - unfortunately that camera was faulty - they refitted the old one got the car back to me and ordered another part - unbelieveably the next one also was u/s!! They then ordered a third camera, tested it before fitting - fitted it - gave the car a very full road test - recalibrated all the software and had it ready for me within four hours. Superb service from the whole team - Mark Magnavacca, the service manager - Will Mason, the senior service agent - Neil Khan, the superb master tech (who oversaw the whole operation superbly assisted by his assistant Druv Hirani. Couldn't have asked for better support and more helpful and friendly service. Thank you.

Endeavour (Hyundai North London).
A poor service that reflects badly on the Hyundai brand.
Annual service, car dropped off and mentioned that following update of SD card (as per Hyundai website and using Hyundai's very own supplied SD card) the screen displayed the message, 'Navigation is currently unavailable. Please update your system.' Person who booked in advised this would be taken care of during service. FYI, when I reinstalled the updated card it ran through the systems without a hiccup and finished with the message ,'Infotainment system update completed'. The General settings screen further confirmed the system had been updated and the date.
When collected it was explained that 'it must be the card and they suspected I'd used an aftermarket SD card?'
Upon advising Endeavour that I'd successfully updated the Hyundai card from the official Hyundai website I was informed that the only course of action available was to purchase a new SD card from Hyundai for £909.....at this moment I'll keep my thoughts to myself.
At the previous service we were told that the SD card hadn't been updated due to the fact that it takes time to download. My experience was that it took 28 mins and there was no need to stand over it, I was able to perform other tasks.
Reliable SatNav is an important part of the driving experience and a lack of it greatly detracts.
This may seem like a first world problem but I've paid handsomely for this 'service'.
The car was returned uncleaned. I didn't expect a full valet, but they didn't even bother to wave a jet wash lance in its general direction. I observed two individuals taking a rest in the area where cars are cleaned. Other dealers manage it, why not Endeavour?
Two of my closest friends rave about the service they receive from Toyota and Kia.I'm now being tempted to follow them.
Definition of Endeavour - to attempt (something, such as the fulfillment of an obligation) by exertion of effort.
Today proved that a distinct lack of 'Endeavour' was undertaken. No serious attempt was made to rectify the situation. Poor. Very poor.
Message for Endeavour management: Job number 95076. If you genuinely care and wish to make amends you know where to find me. I'll willingly update my review.
Kind regards,
MP
11th September update! 4 months later - No effort made by Endeavour management team to reach out to me. That tells me everything I need to know.
Had a very good experience ordering a company car

After attempting to purchase a car from Volvo West London they took a deposit but then started to ignore me when I started to ask about delivery dates. They then told me they couldn’t get the car they said they had and are now ignoring any attempt to contact them to get my deposit back.
