Awful. In so many ways. Their Dazzle software that used to work has so many bugs and they're super slow to fix them if at all. One example: it showed me as having obtained $100 USPS insurance on a shi... See more

This company uses stolen credit cards.

Never heard of this company until they charged two of my credit cards for $1 each. Called my bank and canceled the cards and ordered new ones and disputed the charges. This is why I don't have a debit card only credit. One call and the charges are taken off and I don't have to chase my own money.

Endicia is a nightmare

Endicia is a nightmare. I only wanted one shipping label but they put me on a recurring monthly charge via my credit card. I have been trying for two days to cancel but can not get through to anyone by phone. The system will not reset my password so I can't cancel on line. I am currently trying again by phone to "support" and have been waiting for over half an hour. This is the worst customer "service" I have ever experienced. They deserve zero stars.

i mailed a $8000 check to add postage into Endicia's drop P.O Box, they cashed the check and did not post the funds. Now they place you on hold for an hour or more. There customer service is very bad, i can't mail to any of my customers and it seems to be the way they do business. Terrible!

I checked my account this morning and had a random charge from this company for $1 then another for $90. Ive never heard of this company and Google to see what it was and this came up. Not sure how they got my information but now I'm going to have to cancel my card due to fraud.

Same as a lot of others recently

Same as a lot of others recently, received a text alert that a CC that hasn’t been used in months had a charge for $1 from this company. There has to be a common merchant from us all that our info has been leaked. I have rarely used this card since opening. Called my bank and cancelled the card immediately and will dispute the charge if it posts.

The company is a scam

The company is a scam. I checked my bank accounts today and saw a charge from this company Endicia, which I had never seen or heard of before. I do not know how they got my account information. I have been on hold waiting for security to answer for over 2 hours, it seems their customer support is as bad and shady as their business practices. It seems they do not want to give me answers as to how they got my information, give me a refund because I never signed up, or allow me to cancel my account because they want to try to keep milking my account. I am hoping they will refund me and close this phony account that I never made in the first place to resolve this issue, this is extremely frustrating and I hope no one else goes through this.

I am yet another person who's had their credit card abused by a charge from Endicia. Good job I check my statements regularly otherwise I might have missed the random $90 from USPS STAMPS.COM ENDICIA. I'd never heard of Endicia until I saw their name on my CC statement. Obviously someone's selling stolen CC data and for some bizarre reason using Endicia to commit fraud - quite how, I don't know! Shipping stamps or a prepaid card to someone? Who knows; all I do know is their rep is in the toilet and evidently they don't give a crap. If I ever had to use a third party to implement mailing it sure as hell won't be Endicia! Moral of the story? Be vigilant and cancel your cards the minute you see a charge from these guys - unless you're a legit customer of course...

Fraudulent Charges

I have 2 charges on a debit card I almost never use. Of course when I call their number - they are not open.
I do not own a business nor do I sell any products - why would I need a postage service? Everything I do is online.
BEWARE!

Fraudulent Charges

Same as other people below.... fraudulent charge from this company. They must not require proper screening of charges. $1, then $50 then $20.... all charged on the same day

Stole my card information.
I was charged 17.99 randomly from this company. I have no clue what this company does and I have never even heard of them before looking it up to write this review. Somehow they stole my card info and charged me!!

I was told by my USPS rep that if I wanted to create pay-on-use return labels, I needed to get an Endicia account to do that. I used Endicia through my ShipStation account. Once we finally got everything set up (which was harder than it should have been) the functionality worked fine for a time. Recently, it inexplicably stopped working. Endicia insisted it was a ShipStation issue. After weeks and weeks of trying to resolve with the folks at ShipStation, it turned out that Endicia "changed servers" and no longer offered the pay-on-use return functionality. Wasted HOURS trying to troubleshoot an issue that was a direct result of them making a change on their end. Very frustrating.
