Awful. In so many ways. Their Dazzle software that used to work has so many bugs and they're super slow to fix them if at all. One example: it showed me as having obtained $100 USPS insurance on a shi... See more

Thrives, fraud
I have never heard of this company. Somehow they got a hold of my credit card numbers and charged my card a dollar which fell off my account and was replaced with a $100 purchase. Naturally I alerted my financial institution and filed a police report. I received a new card, but once again this same company shows up in my statements. I contacted them and I was told to contact their security team. Interesting is both times the charges were on the weekend and I couldn’t do anything about it until the following Monday. I did tell them that I am reporting it as fraudulent activity.

No idea who these people are but they charged me $75 in teo separate transactions. I don't even know who they are!!
Criminal operation. Stay Away......
Criminal operation. Just found out my Capital One bank account was charged by Endicia and I didn't even know who they were. I blocked my card of course and tried to call their security unit, as my bank instructed me to. Twice after getting through and waiting for more than 45 min's on the line they never did pick up. Time to report them to the AG's office.

The World's Worst Customer Service. 11 years of experiences is my basis. (The pain to change) - but we finally made the jump. Unfortunately, it is with another STAMPS.COM company (Shipping Easy) and it too, has its problems...

Thieves
They continue to charge my credit card after repeatedly asking them to close my account. After I waited on hold for 53 minutes, i spoke to a representative who told me my account was closed and a month later my credit card was charged again.

They locked me out of my account because I tried to replace a credit card that expired. 5 hours of phone tag and I am no further along then when I started,
ABSOLUTE THEIVES! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Routinely closes account to steal the remaining balance, and then charges more to open another account, and then even more to buy additional "supplies" -- all without advance notification. ABSOLUTE THEIVES! Do not get connived and ripped off! Avoid this company like the coronavirus!
Stamps.com took a fine working piece of software (their Dazzle shipping label printing software) and has absolutely destroyed it!!!
Ever since the stamps.com takeover, things have just gone to absolute hell with their Dazzle software. It worked PERFECTLY fine (with a few outages here and there) before this, but now, ever since that newest update, things that used to take seconds like printing used to take seconds with the versions prior, but with these new updates it can take up to a minute if not more... UNACCEPTABLE!
Awful
Awful. I have more trouble with this software than all others on my computer combined. It's always throwing some error message about why I can't print stamps. Tech support available Monday-Friday, normal business hours Pacific Time--how convenient. I will say this: when I do talk to a human, they are helpful and friendly. I just have to call them waaaaaaaaay too often. The experience was much better before stamps.com bought them. Stamps.com seems to be a horrible company that couldn't care less about customers. If I could find an alternative, I would be gone tomorow.
Everything I have read about this…
Everything I have read about this horrible company is true. Ever since stamps.com took over it has been a nightmare for business owners and has put many business owners like myself in a real bind. Two day ago I spent OVER 6 hours on the phone when tech support trying to get the software to print labels. Never got it to work right. What a disaster! It is Saturday and instead of shipping orders to my customers I am writing this review because I honestly do not think that this company should be allowed to be in business considering all of the problems they have created for their customers. You would think that with all of the problems they are having they would have tech support on saturday. It is not my intention to be rude but the people RUNNING this company are absolute MORONS. You would think after 1 1/2 years of continual problems someone would have figured out they need some top level people to fix the issues with their software. I have software that I use in my business that is far more complex than Endicia and
I have never experienced the continual software failures that I have with Endicia. I do not think they will be around too much longer at this rate so I am looking for another mailing solution for high volume shipping.

Called on 4/15/2020 spoke with JOSH in DYMO customer service. He hung up on me after I explained my issue. I waited 23 minutes to speak with someone. This customer service is terrible, the program to print stamps is not user friendly. Switching to a different company after I use my credit
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHAOTIC OUTFIT
Tried to sign up with Stamps.com and somehow Indicia charged my credit card to buy postage for Stamps.com. That raised a red flag at my credit card bank and caused the card to be put on hold.
What a frickin' mess, this combination of Stamps.com and Endicia. i'm off to Click-and-Ship on the USPS website. Not so many features, but stable and honest, anyway.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHAOTIC OUTFIT
STUPID CHANGE FROM DYMO
STUPID CHANGE FROM DYMO! I have used Dymo for many years. This new format is horrible. serial numbers disappear. Works fine and then signs out and serial number gone. Printed a large number of stamps and the transmission stopped, got ripped off over $20. Endicia gives me a free roll of stamps. Woopie.. This has cost my business with unnecessary time trying to print a stamp..
Endicia Is a Major Rip-Off Bunch of Scammers
They said they would refund the money in my account when I closed it over a month ago. The switch from Dymo to Endicia was a failure, so I closed the account and asked for my money back. They said I would receive the refund within a month. They lied. They are irresponsible, slimebag crooks.
There is something strange going on at…
There is something strange going on at Endicia. I originally signed up with them around 2016 but never really used them because I soon after signed up with stamps.com. I'm not sure if they had acquired Endicia by that time or not but I've always had great service from Stamps.com from the beginning. About 2-3 months ago my credit card got hacked so until I received the new business debit card I had to use my personal debit card. I called the toll free number and gave them my change of info. Suddenly my personal account is being charged by Endicia and not stamps.com. When I got the replacement card I changed the card information on my stamps.com site. Since then everything is back to what it was on stamps.com but Endicia is now sending me daily emails demanding I update my payment info and trying to charge me some kind of fee. What the heck is going on? If stamps.com bought them out why are they still operating as two separate companies? Very confusing and frustrating.
The new platform is horrible
The new platform is horrible. Yes, it was a way to make sure that only their labels could be used, but I purchased the labels and the experience for me has been terrible. I just tried to print stamps and the serial number I put in there two weeks ago disappeared
from the web portal and now I have a printer full of labels and the program is refusing to print . It never occurred to me to save the box in case I needed the serial number again. I will be trying to return the rest of the labels I bought and will look for a better solution. Great way to lose a long-time customer.
