My husband booked an appointment for me for a Hydrafacial for my birthday with Endoslim. The evening before my appointment, he received an email to say the appointment had been successfully cancelled (which he did not do!) no explanation. He tried to rebook (even though he had paid in full and no money had been refunded) and managed to book again with a deposit. This time he got an email from Estafania to say that she was stuck abroad and unfortunately could not make the appointment and asked when we wanted to rebook. We asked if we could rebook in the New Year, no response. Eventually my husband called Endoslim at the beginning of January to ask what was going on, only to be met by an extremely rude response by Estefania saying that it was his fault that the phone number on the form was incorrect and she could not call him. The phone number on the form was incorrect, however they had been on contact via email so this excuse was invalid as Estefania did have a way to contact my husband. She told us she would refund the money and it would take 5-7 days. Unbelievably though, she sent my husband a message saying that he needs to take the blame that my birthday present was ruined because he gave the wrong number. And here we now sit, 3 weeks later and still no refund of our money. Where is the refund Estefania? You have his bank details, when are we getting the money back?
