Staff are extremely helpful, if I don't feel confident using a machine I know they'll be more than happy to help me. Good choice of machines that cater to a range of fitness goals aswell as a wide range of classes.

Great gym, Chris the owner is a great guy, always there to answer any questions. Laura amazing PT, always offering assistance with workouts. The gym also do a lot for mental health. Community focused gym, always guaranteed some banter as well as a good workout!!

All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Easy transition getting back to a gym. Tried another before energie and it was very impersonal and no staff to help you

Had a great experience at this gym, felt nervous and worried about joining a new gym but was made to feel really comfortable. Laura was really approachable and made joining up really easy and have booked a fitness session with her. Good variety of equipment and classes. Highly recommend!

Cambuslang Énergie Fitness is an excellent gym. It is well resourced with a variety of machines to support fitness and toning. In addition to this there is a full timetable of exercise classes on offer each week. The instructors are both helpful and supportive and the clientele who use the gym are lovely. Every visit to the gym is a positive, worthwhile and fun experience.

I’ve avoided going to the gym for years as I was always scared of being judged but since I joined the gym in 2019 I’ve never felt so comfortable. The staff are so friendly and are always on hand to help you with any problems you may have. Chris thank you for creating a safe And friendly place for us all to come to!

A fantastic gym. Really welcoming staff who are always willing to help. The gym has everything you would need. Megan in particular is a great help and really puts you at ease.

Great classes that push your limits, staff are always helpful and around if you have any questions, always a good experience when I attended.

Had an induction today at Cambuslang with Megan who was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak to. The whole experience from start to finish was professional and all staff are very approachable. Excellent facilities and equipment, cleaned after every use. Thanks to Megan and the team for a great first day 👍👌👏👏

The staff are so friendly and professional. The gym is always clean and the showers are warm and so good to use after building a sweat up in your workout. I think we could have a set of scales for general use to monitor weigh goals in the gym.
