Great Fitness classes
Fitness class in this Gym are great, timings and sessions are more which makes it convenient for anybody to attend anytime and mostly after office hours.good equipment , for beginners its great experience.

I asked for a personal trainer
I asked for a personal trainer, they said will sent a mail to me and they didn’t. So I cancelled my membership. The exact date am not remembering but after that I didn’t go to gym. Thank you

Covid precautions
People that work in the gym are very kind, and give us all the support needed. However the gym has not a good cleaning, the equipments are always with dusty, we don’t have disinfectant spray and paper to clean the equipment when we finish doing the exercises, the gym should be more concerned about Covid precautions.

Very terrible gym
Very terrible gym. I signed up to the gym and they billed me 2 times for my gym membership (The sign up fee is €59.99, so they billed me €120). They dented my account the following month for 2 gym memberships even though I only had 1 membership. I cancelled my account that month. I reached out by phone and email and I received a refund 28 days after I was issued the refunds.
Even though I had cancelled my account they continued to bill my account for 2 months after. I sent an email requesting for a refund. They wanted to issue my refund to in 28 days. I went to my bank so I would get my refund in 3 working days.

Citywest, Such a nice location and lovely staff although only 2 bikes in the whole gym and one out of service that needs to be fully replaced .. Not alot of duplicate equipment to use so a lot of waiting around and improvising your routine if it's structured to certain machines, even in quieter times. I would recommend getting a few more bikes (2 or 3 at least that work) very surprised as even government funded gyms have more than one. Hope this could change for the future. Thanks guys!

Good equipment and friendly staff
Good equipment and friendly staff, not too busy and good opening/closing hours. Clean place I would give 5 stars but no water fountain so I had to carry extra bottles of water.

If there ıs no mirror in the gym, there ıs no way to say that's a decent gym. Gym needs mirrors all around the place. other than that everything is fine. :)
