Not able to find someone from staff a lot of times.
Big gym needs more staff

I’ve been going to énergie fitness Crawley since May 2021, and by far it’s the best gym I’ve ever worked out at. The staff are nice and environment is great. Everyone is getting on with their own workout and I feel comfortable

Been a member of most of the gyms in Crawley over the last 20 years .This is my best gym only joined recently.First floor CV area ideal with ground floor Weights section just right friendly staff. Good atmosphere

I joined Énergie Crawley for one specific class - easy online joining process. But I’m blown away by the gym & am now going 2 or 3 times per week - a lovely warm welcome from Paul, a huge range of classes, support & equipment. Starting from lots of bad gym experiences at other places, Énergie has totally changed my opinion & is improving my fitness & mind! brilliant - very friendly but leave you to do your workout in peace, super clean, so easy to use, great value for money.

Some big pieces of kit are missing but overall the facilities are good for exercising.

Shame that there is only 1 toilet during non staffed hours, as some people have showered in there taking up a long time whilst others are maybe desperate for the loo.

But the pull factor has to be that it is one of a 2 or a few gyms in Crawley open beyond 8pm on weekend nights. Additionally, with all the bank holidays coming up my gym access at my other gym has been significantly limited on a Monday.

I’ve been going to many gyms for a while now but this one stood out to me due to the friendliness of the staff and the more "at home"feels to the gym but still remaining professional.

Some equipments are missing and some screen to display motivation while training or an mtv good music..because the music diffused in the gym just too bad

Clean place,everyone is really nice to each other
Trainers are amazing and always happy to help
Free parking and mostly i can get in whenever suits me!
Helps me a lot when you are a busy women

Having a well equipt gym materials and nice people around. That's so wonderful

The friendliest gym in Crawley. There are plenty of classes and the personal trainers are super helpful every time I ask for help.

Great gym and nice to have a little parking. Instructors seem really nice. But nowhere is ever perfect so 4 stars. Not a knock to the gym just the way I think.

Basically a good gym containing all important machines and free weights. Minus for only one bench press (barebell). Not too many floor and spinning classes though. Nice atmosphere and good space /ventilation. Also nice with 24H opening, but minus for wardrobes/shower not availalble outside manned hours. Plus for free parking available. Price is competitive.
