Great boutique gym
Great boutique gym, not fully equipped but does the job. Crowd is generally friendly and staff as well. Not lots of gossiping which means you can use a machine quicker. Most importantly it’s clean. I’d give a five because it’s good.

Energie online- perfect for lockdown training
Energie online stepped up during lockdown time. They organised both live and on-demand videos. I really enjoy all of them. THe also organised meditation, mindfulness classes helping us tackle the mental health issues during the pandemic.

Absolutely great gym
Absolutely great gym, one start low due to lack of certain equipment, so have to improvise on certain exercises on the plan set by my coach which is not ideal, but there’s always an alternative right? So loving it so far.

A really nice friendly gym - give it a try.
A really nice, friendly gym which is clean and well run with decent equipment. Flexible membership and very good value for the price. Well thought out Covid arrangements and the upside is that slots are always available to book and the gym is not crowded.

Good gym
Not the biggest space and can be busy during peak times meaning there can be a bit of a fight for equipment. Otherwise a very convenient and well priced gym in the area and trainers are welcoming and helpful.
