The enviroment is good, I feel comfortable there and free to try new machines. I just would like to have more options to workout on arms, waist and abdomen.

I was made to feel welcome from the off. I hadn’t trained in an actual gym for a few years and I was a bit hesitant at first, however both staff and other members are friendly. There is a range of equipment to do what you need. The free weights area is a really good size and I have never struggled to use anything in the other parts of the gym. I haven’t tried any classes or used the shower facilities.

Clean, well equipped gym and very easy to book classes.
I do wish we could have the wipes back though as I've seen people wipe down with a cloth and then put it back on the pile.

Great equipment terrible choice of music
A really good range of quality equipment, however the loud distasteful heavy metal background music was not conducive to a healthly experience. I felt more stressed upon leaving than when I entered. This has occurred on several visits. I cannot continue to attend if this is the norm.
