The service on the day was efficient and the person very polite. However the certificate took over a week to arrive, and then only when I followed up by phone.

The inspection process was fine but the estimate to fit two RCBOs in the fuse box was exorbitant (£338) which felt like a rip off given that the cost of these items is about £12-40 each online: not happy with that

A job very well done 🙏
To begin with, the company arranged for someone locally to contact me the very next day! The person who carried out the inspection made an appointment for the following day and arrived reasonably on time. Like a true professional, he politely declined any refreshment offers I made and simply got on with the job and was very careful and respectful too. Surprisingly the certificate was on the site by that evening!! What’s more, at the end of his work, as he was leaving, I offered a tip which again he politely refused to accept! All I could add is, thank you for your professionalism and a job well done.🙏

Paid for EPC easily but no cert after 13 days
Paid for EPC easily. However, the assessment took <10 mins and I was told I would have report within 48 hours. I'm now on day 13 and nothing received at all. You cannot get through on the phone either as no one answers. I emailed them as well and they have still failed to get back to me within their own timescale. Will never use or recommend.

Avoid at all costs, just out for your money
Original EICR appointment was booked for 29th May and was confirmed the day before. The electrician never showed up, had to call the office 5 times before anyone picked up! Finally got through, finally told her that at 10pm last night the appointment was changed to next Friday 5th June. She said she'd email to confirm the appointment but never did.
After much chasing up, we finally got an inspection rebooked for 18th June. The attending electrician showed up, spent about an hour and gave no indication that anything else should be required. Therefore I was surprised to receive an Unsatisfactory report saying 5 hours worth of remedial work was required and even after the unprofessionalism of your first visit, I was forced to pay £480 for the privilege.
When the (same) electrician came back on 29th June, he only spent an hour fixing 2 sockets, I have yet to receive any kind of communication from yourselves offering any kind of refund given that I have paid for 5 hours, on top of being grossly inconvenienced through unattendance, lack of and inaccurate communication and quite honestly dreadful customer service, I chased again and now I can add unresponsive to this growing list of complaints.
Still waiting for an update to your reply of 2 weeks ago now.
