Butthurt if paid off early!
Getting the loan is great. Quick. Fairly easy process. BUT, after paying a loan off early, ENGS is a pain trying to get the title of the paid off equipment. I'll be using different lenders just because of this. I usually sell my equipment when it's still worth some money, not wore out. I was under investigation due to this timeframe. If ENGS has the money, release the damn title.

Not Convenient
ENGS sold our note to BBT and then bought it back. We had a lot of extra paperwork that we had to do at the request of BBT. All of which we had already provided to ENGS. It was a pain in the assets.
I would be very reluctant to use ENGS again.

Very satisfied with my purchase, however, two months later
I still do not have any type of statement that shows me how much of my payment is towards principal and interest. I only get amount due deducted from my bank account every month.
I want to see monthly my balance and have emailed several times and I still have not received anything like that.
So on that end I am very dissatisfied.

We financed a equipment through ENGS earlier this year. There was a delay in getting machine delivered, and we paid in interest fee for everything single day delayed. We have been in business almost 30 years and financed plenty of equipments over the years, but this one is definitely most uptight company. They are in the business of lending and guess they are entitled to, but experience with them was just not pleasant. Questioned posted (emaiedl and written) are never returned.

Getting financed was fairly easy
Getting financed was fairly easy. I tried to pay off my truck early and was not impressed with the $10000 penalty for doing so. My interest on this loan is the highest I have ever payed.

Incorrect terms communicated
While the care agent explained how the over-payment was being applied, she was the one who was the first one to state that we could NOT pay our loan off early. This made me very upset as when talking with the rep who put our loan together, my husband and I made it VERY clear that we wanted to be able to make over-payments to be able to pay the loan off early if we could and he NEVER once indicated that wasn't an option.
