Asked for the payoff amount
Asked for the payoff amount. Received a number which was wrong. We asked them to review and let us know where the difference comes from. So far it has been over 3 months. Still haven't received it even after sending several reminders on the subject.

Customers should be more informed of…Better communication!!!
Customers should be more informed of the long time lapse between account payoff and the documents that they receive to put the titled equipment they need to put road equipment to work. Better communication by Zach, specifically. Make customers aware that down payment and payoff must be made with funds transfer or cashier's check to avoid a 21 day hold on the process and transaction.21 days of down time may not be an issue with large companies,but to individual owner/operation

Best commercial loan experience in my career.
I have one commercial truck and one commercial trailer financed through ENGS and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Theresa in titling is the best in the buisness. She has helped me through a couple rough spots and was more than patient with me. The customer service team is amazing as well. Everytime I call to discuss matters with my accounts they go above and beyond. Looking forward to a long buisness relationship with ENGS!!
