Wish I could give 0

Wish I could give 0. Sent a damaged batman ride on for my sons Xmas present and ignored my requests for a refund. Seller stated a returns label had been sent which was untrue (even checked my spam) but only after I opened a disputes case via HSBC! After not hearing and waiting for a response I bought a new ride on elsewhere. Not knowing what to do with the obsolete item I decided to allow another child to enjoy it. Never had the chance to decline a return. Seller gave a refund once HSBC contacted them. My five reviews on trustpilot are very varied and honest. Feel free to check them out

HI Leanne, we're sorry your toy was damaged in transit. We apologised and sent you a returns label (which you say didn't arrive - perhaps it went to your spam folder) to return the toy for a full refund, but you declined to return it and claimed to have given it to a charity shop instead. You have also been refunded. I'm not sure what else we could have done.
