padded envelopes

Hi,
Delivery took about a week but the envelopes are just fine. The packaging
was very poor. The box was all split down one side and very battered about. Needs stronger packaging.

Enveloppes pour cartes de voeux

Je suis Anglaise therefore I will write in my native tongue.

I needed to telephone the office and was surprised it was in England, however my request was dealt with efficiently and very satisfactoraly.

The order tracking was first rate, however even though we were at home, the French courier did not knock the door or ask us to sign for the package. We were surprised to see it had been delivered and signed for on the tracking information as no one in the house had done so, and at that time in our village every shop is closed. We were just about to contact DHL when we decided to look in our post box and found the parcel there. This is our only complaint concerning our order and has nothing to do with Enveloppes France only the courier used by DHL.

The delivery timescale was also adhered to and I look forward to doing business with them again.

Great service

I first ordered the wrong envelopes, but the customer service was very helpful and I got reimbursed in no time. I reordered and got great envelopes delivered for a very reasonable price. I will definitely reuse this provider

Quality enveloppes and fast delivery

The colors of the enveloppes were exactly as represented in the website. No desappointment at all! Even the contrary. The color is really beautiful, exactly what we were looking for! Quality paper.
And delivery was even faster than announced on the website. Thanks!
