Note I am reviewing the Newcastle branch specifically, can't speak for others as this appears to be a franchise so quality varies. I am a resident of Anchor Housing who has had a contract with them for grounds maintenance for a few years now, I'm assuming because they're cheap and you get what you pay for with this outfit, a big fat nothing. They have a schedule which they never stick to, just come when they feel like it or the Housing Manager has had to chase them up. When they do come, all they do is trip the very small main garden lawn and use a leaf blower, despite the fact they contracted to trim bushes etc around the entire property and maintain a roof terrace. When confronted management get very defensive and belligerent and stomp off the premises like a couple of school boys. Endless excuses about machinery not being available, broken, etc. Thankfully new management have got wise and are not renewing contract this year.
