I was OVER THE MOON with Santa (David price) he went above and beyond for everyone. I couldn’t have asked for a better Santa for our event and would have him a million times again.
His communication was also brilliant, rang to talk over the event the day before and sent over some pictures etc so we knew what to expect.
Honestly, I don’t know what else to say other than thank you David you are amazing!

I'm thoroughly impressed with Envisage, from the smooth and professional booking process, to the fantastic actor they provided who lit up many children's faces when Santa walked in, I recommend this company whole heartedly, and we will definitely be booking with them again next year.

The day before the event, the actor had a long chat with our head teacher about what we wanted from him, which I thought was a great touch.

Envisage Promotions were very good to work with and offered us a Hostess ideal for our company exhibiting
at the NEC.
Will definitely use the promotions company again.

Do not use this company! Avoid completely! They sent us someone completely inapprioriate for our event / needs. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a scam as well.
We used them to provide a helper to work on our stand at a health event / show.
We specifically requested someone who is bubbly, outgoing, conversational and friendly who will be able to engage people walking past the stand to talk to us about our produt / service that we were offering.
We asked for someone with an interest in natural / alternative health too.
We specified that the dress code was smart casual as well
We needed this person to be able look after the stand whilst we were away from the stand giving seminars and networking with other members of the event
On the morning of the event, the person turned up looking like they had just got out of bed and thrown a shirt and trousers on that had been on their bedroom floor for days.
We greeted him and asked how he was and how is journey was to get there and we were met with one word responses. Not a single question asked back about us at all. Which would be standard from any usual conversation, let alone from someone coming to an event who is supposed to be outgoing and have good conversational skills to talk to strangers walking past the stand.
On the stand I asked him to read our leaflets / literature to familiarise himself with who we are, he just said "ok". I then showed him how to use the computer to sign someone up. He said "yep, ok" after I'd showed him.
He then stood there in silence whilst we finished the last set up bits.
We tried to engage a bit more in conversation with him but were met with one word / short sentence replies, which were mumbled and very quiet (Again not what you need at a noisey event).
We quickly realised that we wouldn't be able to leave him alone on the stand as he would be damaging our brand if anyone came over to try to speak to him, and as such made the really tough decision to send him home.
I made up a white lie so as to spare his feelings, saying that it looked like the show was going to be quiet so we won't need you after all and you can go home. So he left.
We then spoke to Amanda at envisage to tell her what had happened and the real reasons we had sent him home. She was really apologetic and asked if they could try to find a replacement to send out but as it was only a "short" event, by the time someone else got there there wouldn't have been much point. She said ok and someone would call me the next day to sort things out.
The next day Bradley the operations manager at envisage called me to find out what had happened.
I explained everything in detail to him and how it had massively inconvenienced us by not having the staff member there that we needed and was a decision that wasn't taken lightly.
He apologised and said he come back to me later in the day.
He came back later in the day saying that as the reason we had given to the staff member to go home was because it was going to be quiet, rather than telling him the real reasons, he would only give us a 75% refund!
Even when I quoted back to him their 100% satisfaction guarantee - which says that if we're not happy for ANY REASON, then we can get in touch with them and get a full refund. They have not honoured that.
Bradley said that because they've had to pay the staff member themselves for what he worked (the 30mins he was there for...), they don't want to be out of pocket so that's why we can only have 75% back. And as we told the staff memeber he could go home because it was going to be quiet, Bradley is saying that they have no recourse with that staff member and have to pay him - even though we spoke to Amanda, explaining the real reasons, within a few minutes of us sending the staff member home (whilst he was still in the lobby).
Really poor resolution service on Envisage's part. I asked to speak to someone more senior than Bradley in a hope that they would be more reasonable but Bradley said he was the Operations Manager and the decision lied with him, and his decision was final.
So for the sake of the 25% cost that they should have absorbed, we will now never use them again, never recommend them to anyone else to use again (which would have been a lot of other companies), leave this review everywhere we can and will tell this experience to everyone we speak to at the events we do (and we are at some of the bigget in the country).
Seems a bit short sighted to me.
Do not trust this company. Avoid!

Envisage have been a joy to work with. They treat you with the upmost respect and really get to know your strengths, so when I client needs people they exactly who to match the job with. They are listeners both to clients and staff. Many times working well past the normal times to honor their committments. Give great advice to both staff and clients from a vast amount of experience. Their Christmas performers are second to none. I highly recommend them.
