Very frustrating
Overall learning aspect was fine - a few typos in the course notes but other than that it made sense.
The assessments were very picky and required answers which weren't even in the question - with a 3 day marking time it made the process very tedious with back and forths, and different markers would have different opinions on your answer.
Eventually my course 'ran out of time' (which seems silly since I paid for it, it should last as long as it takes me) and I had a submission in progress at the time, so I had to pay an extra $30 to reactivate my course just to find out I had passed - felt like a scam.
Save the faff, just go and do a white card course in-person elsewhere.
Avoid, not recommended
Avoid. Not recommended at all. High prices and poor customer service.
My experience with EOT was extremely…$h!T
My experience with EOT was extremely frustrating and not what was advertised.
After paying, the system told me I had completed the course, so I left a review. Only afterwards did I receive an email saying I still had an assessment to finish.
I submitted my final assessment on Monday night and then had to wait the full 3 business days for it to be marked. The quiz questions were marked instantly, but the video assessment sat untouched for days with no communication or progress.
There is no direct email or phone number to contact — you can only raise a support ticket and wait for someone to eventually reply, which made the delay even more stressful.
I finally passed around 1pm on Thursday, but despite the website promising a same‑day certificate once you pass (and the fact that I had already paid), I didn’t receive my interim certificate until just before midnight — almost 12 hours later.
The delays, lack of transparency, and misleading timeframes caused me to miss the job I needed the RSA for.
The course content itself was fine, but the communication, support, and accuracy of the advertised timeframes were very poor. Students deserve clearer information and realistic expectations.
This is a scam
This is a scam, they didn’t allow me to attend class because I didn’t have the appropriate PPE currently on me, I booked Friday evening and had class Saturday Morning so I had no time to prepare as it was on my desk at the office.
Now to rebook I need to pay for the class in full again???
AVOID
I’m giving one star because I can’t give less. Stay away from this site! It’s unreliable and I had a bad BAD experience!!!!
Do Not use
I’ve been in the construction industry for 20+ years. I’ve had to re-do my white card. Big mistake using EOT. Most painful and annoying training I have ever done.would rather sit through a day of BHP inductions than go throug EOT
Not an accredited course
Misleading advertising- while it is an RTO, the courses are NOT nationally accredited and count for absolutely nothing. Kicking myself for going for the cheaper option, there's always a catch!
SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I could write a very long & detailed review, but I will not allow this scam of a company to waste any more of our time. Buyer beware - sign up at your own risk!! Biggest waste of money with no results - go to an accredited face to face training organisation.
100% scam
100% scam. pre loaded reviews before it diverts to all the prioritisation paymemts and scams, 4000% diseased.
Poor turn around times
I enrolled my son in the RSA NSW course through EOT Education. While the course content seemed fine, the feedback process was extremely disappointing.
EOT states that assessment feedback will be provided within 1–3 business days, but this was not our experience:
The first round of feedback took the full 3 days.
After making amendments and resubmitting, he has now been waiting another 3 business days with no response.
This delay is frustrating and impacts the ability to complete the RSA certification promptly, which is essential for employment. Timely feedback is critical, and EOT did not meet their own stated turnaround times.
I hope EOT improves their responsiveness because this experience has been far from satisfactory.
Slow service and nitpicky corrections
Slow service and nitpicky corrections. Waited 3 days for feedback, got rejected for a minor wording issue, and now I have to wait days again. If you don't pay their extra fee for speed, they make you wait the maximum time possible. Terrible system.
Stay far away from this scam.
Stay far away from this scam.
They make you answer 116 questions and your told Done!! Pay up. After your payment you'll get an email that you need to complete the course. 146 new questions and when you come to 143 you will get stuck. You can't contact EOT and you can't go to next task.. I spend 5 hours and I'm not done.. after you have paid they offer quick service if you pay extra and you end up paying way more than going to a face to face course.. I can't believe that Australian authority will let's this continue by exploiting young people from overseas coming to help WA filling the jobs
This is the worst way to get your white…
This is the worst way to get your white card. Your answers will get rejected because of silly reasons and then you have to wait several days to redo them.
Just go to any other provider and do the white card the same day. Trust me and save your time.
EOT are trash
If your doing your white card go do it in person this EOT is a huge waste of time, zero training or help, obviously the assessor is from another country as they absolutely trash, i been mining 25 years and a supervisor and none of this trash they teach applies and it not correct . stay away they should be banned and cant refund, the assessors are terrible, zero stars they need to be investigated again..
Takes too long to receive RSA
It takes me more than 2 weeks to receive my RSA, way too long. Documents to start the training are provided very fast. After completing it takes a lot of time to mark your assessments, you get no notifications once it is marked and you need to re-do assessments; and after that it needs to go through the LCV which can take up to 10 business days. Also, the customerservice was not service friendly and put me away really fast when I wanted to ask if the process can be speeded up
EOT online training for a white card…
EOT online training for a white card and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the online assessment process. My portal was flagged for allegedly “cheating” during the video assessment, despite the fact that I followed all instructions and did nothing wrong.
This false accusation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability and fairness of your assessment system. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to give this training course a wide berth.
Genuinely the worst online learning…
Genuinely the worst online learning experience. The white card course was excessive. Typically, an online white card course consists of 30 -50 questions. This has over 140. You also need to send them an additional 40 video recordings of you answering questions and in my case alot of my answers were denied making me rerecord the videos 2 ,3, sometimes 4 times. I've been in construction since the dawn of the Health and Safety age. I've been to more health and safety meetings than you can shake a stick at, and there's nothing practical about this online course. Avoid at all cost
Longest Wait Ever....
Being 100% honest this was a genuine painful experience for getting the RSA.
I can see why people call them a "scam" because you're ultimately forced to pay for quicker marking on your assessments but i didn't and held off because i'm not paying extra for people to do their job. I already paid for the course itself. I did get my certificate but never again. If you need it ASAP, do it face to face and in person. The online thing was genuinely a terrible system.
It takes them roughly 3-4 days per section. Which means you can literally be waiting for 2-3 weeks to fully complete something that would take them less than an hour to mark. It gave me so much frustration and my employer was even getting annoyed waiting. Next time i'll look elsewhere.
THIS IS A SCAM!
THIS IS A SCAM!! Please if you are reading this do not use this company under any circumstances for any course.
I’ve lost my money as they won’t assess the questions I’ve resubmitted three times. Now to top it off the website is shut down and can no longer be accessed.
They have been taken to court by the ACCC so this should be enough to warn you to stay away. I didn’t do due diligence and my money is now gone. Yep, no refunds!
Tell every one who is thinking of doing any course to stay away from this company.
