We agreed on a price and time, 20 minutes past the agreed time I have still not heard from them, give them a call and they say the cleaners came to the property and didn't wanted to clean for the agreed upon price and they just left... They didn't call to propose their updated price, they didn't say anything, just left ...
This company is a scam.
They were supposed to do an end of tenancy professional clean (after we had done a pretty good job ourselves, but we wanted to ensure the return of our deposit), but we fail to see what had been done after the cleaner was there for three and a half hours.
She didn't wipe any surfaces down or clean the floors, and left lights on in the property.
After calling to ask for an explanation I was told to email pictures and my complaint to them. They then proceeded to hang up every time I've tried calling, and have been avoiding my emails.
Don't throw your money away, and find a company you can actually trust instead. If I could leave no stars I would.
