Excellent customer service. I phoned to get detailed measurements of a naval tunic, which were patiently and accurately shared with me. The dispatch of the tunic was rapid, and the item itself was well wrapped and packaged. The tunic is even better than described, and really has that properly tailored feel and finish. Buy with confidence.

Concerning the company itself: Epic Militaria is a very customer service oriented business. Joe, a very nice chap who works there, measured out the subject of this review for me, as I am an awkward size with longer legs than my belly is wide, but I'm still not a beanpole. For that, I cannot fault them. The postage itself was quite rapid, and only recieved late as I had to delay the shipping because I was away. I ordered on the Saturday and, if it didn't play out as I wanted, would have arrived on the Tuesday. This deliver is unfaultable too.

Concerning the product itself: The British Army 37 Pattern trousers.

For re-enactment they look pretty spot on, though this isn't why I bought them. If you're a tall person who likes the look and practicality of high waisted trousers, and finds brands such as Darcy or Old Town too pricey, these are what you want.

I put them on the second I got home after they had arrived to test them out. Nice and warm, they have that old fashioned dense felt-y material that you don't really see anymore in an excellent utilitarian colour. The pockets are plenty deep and the cuffs of the legs roll up very nicely too. I am looking forward to the colder months and putting these to use in forestry, at my allotment, lambing and sea fishing.

So far, aesthetically, they are highly recommended, alongside the seller who, I assure the owner, I will be purchasing from again.

It took a long time a period of a couple of months to resolve the issues over the sizing of their German Navy Black Woolen Double Breasted Greatcoat's, but it was eventually resolved by them directing me to get the correct size suitable for my measurements, So their customer service did come to fore finally.

I could write more here, but think it best leave it for them to figure it out !

Excellent company! All items were of great quality. I had some issues with UPS (which was completely the fault of UPS) but they did everything they could to contact UPS on their side and help me getting my package. Very kind and helpful people and great products. Definitely recommend it for collectors and reenactors!

Astonishingly great service! Having purchased a light brown A2 leather flight jacket a few weeks ago, I was so pleased with it I decided to order the dark brown one too. I ordered it yesterday (friday) with tracked 24 in the hope that it would be posted Monday and I would recieve it Tuesday. However within an hour I got a message stating it had beeb dispatched and I received it at one o'clock today less than twenty three hours after I ordered it! Outstanding service! The jacket itself is fantastic, a perfect replica of the 1987 re issue to American airmen. Once again as a 40" chest I purchased a small as these jackets are roomy. Thank you again Epic Militaria. Asked for constant extra payment. Once I got the product the neck ribbon was too short to go around my neck. Probably better if you live in Europe there wouldn't be all these extra fees.

If you want a company to do everything and more to help this is it.. can,t recommend them enough. Bent over backwards to get 2nd larger size and wasnt even their fault..
