Great customer service
There are loads of things on the website so I went ahead and purchased a jacket that looked cool.
Unfortunately, when it arrived it was too big but thanks to some very helpful customer service I identified the size I needed and got the big jacket swapped out very quickly. Very satisfied.

Received the Jodhpurs. Was send with tracking to Australia. Took only 7 days. Prior we had good communication by email. The quality is amazing and description does match, in addition to the advice. Always cautious with online and replicas or surplus, but this absolutely meet our expectations. Will order other items too.

Great service.
I have previously had good service from EM and was disappointed today to receive the wrong size of trousers. I emailed the Co. and within the hour I picked up a message from Fiona, the Sales Supervisor apologising for the error, saying the correct size will be sent out.
Anyone can make a mistake, it's the way it's handled that's important. This company and Fiona in particular were amazing.
Deal with them in confidence. I will!

I received an email from this company masked under another company name advising that they needed my Netflix payment. When I checked who was this email coming from it says that my reply will go to reply @ emails.xfinity but that the original sender was from this company. Very weird.

Hi, can you please check to see if you have left a review for the right company please. We are a legitimate business from the UK and have no affiliation with Netflix. We have a newsletter subscription service with thousands of subscribers and not one has mentioned a netflix mask or payment request.
Splinter tarn... That doesn't fade!
Ordered a few goodies from these wonderful people in the UK and am very pleased with there products! In short a Splinter tarn Tunic, M40 tunic and HBT panzer wrap. Quality wise superb. The splinter tarn tunic even survived washing! Which is a rarity from any other splinter tarn goods I've purchased thus far. Thank you very much for the goods!
