For some reasons their system does not…
For some reasons their system does not identify me that is costing me big time, i have lost points and moved from fair to bad whereas i have no loans no missed payments no ccjs
when i rang the customer service and tried to explain they weren't listening and said things like u need to borrow money to improve your score, your score is low coz u have no debt. what the heck
i really wish i had a choice and could stop them from gathering my information.....i do not consent them to manage my report but have no option, they still will and this is GB we live in.

Did not update my credit report even…
Did not update my credit report even after multiple calls and emails, including proof sent to show a mortgage had been settled. Missed out on a purchase of a house as report showed arrears but had been cleared and settled. Customer service was very poor and would not use again.
