Terrible response from them regarding a…

Terrible response from them regarding a broken item I’ve sent them photos of it clearly broken so to be honest rather than waste my time by sending it back to them to tell me some nonsense I’d rather just buy a new one from Rutland pumps at least they don’t tel you that they haven’t seen your emails so I would recommend if your needing anything go to Rutland pumps sorry but your email response has brought this review on all the best mark miller

Inline water cleaner - poor

Inline water cleaner
Well priced and technically works - big issue is it won’t stay connected to hose and pops off as soon as tap is turned on
Correct attachments , tried their hose connector and my brand-new one but will not stay connected and sprays everywhere emailed for help three times over a few weeks and never received one reply

I got the Aquarius Hot 2800 on the…

I got the Aquarius Hot 2800 on the first instance and some parts were not working. This was picked up and on returning it, it got more worse that I couldn’t use it with multiple parts broken. However, I did reach out to the team and requested for an upgrade to the Hot Poseidon by adding the balance. This was done without a hassle and the machine delivered. Also had a refund done for the Hose I bought alongside the Hot 2800 as it wasn’t compatible with the new machine. Thank you for turning the experience around for me.

Recently bought a new gorilla gp8

Recently bought a new gorilla gp8, the machine is excellent to say the least, far better than I was expecting it to be. Delivery was within 48hrs and when I unpacked it there was a part missing. I emailed customer service and got a quick resply from Jon and the part was in the post the same day. Well impressed with the product I purchased and customer service from Equip2clean.

A part is missing and they don’t want…

A part is missing and they don’t want to help. Referred the issue to local Trading Standards. Gutted as it’s a great product but the service is not good so don’t risk it.
Update: Since this review they were quickly in touch and sent the replacement part the next day. Upgraded to 4 stars!

Bought the upgraded spotless di filter that changes colour when needs replacing. Not as good as di vessels but still worth the money

Thanks for the 4‑star review — really glad to hear you’re happy with the upgraded colour‑change filter.

I’ve checked the water hardness for your area and it comes up as moderately hard. In areas like this, the upgraded spotless filter will definitely improve the finish, but it won’t match the performance of a full DI vessel on its own. DI vessels simply hold far more resin and give the water much longer contact time, which is why they produce that absolute spotless result.

One thing that can also make a big difference is flow rate. If the tap is running at full pressure, the water passes through the resin too quickly to remove all the minerals. Slowing the flow down gives the resin time to work properly and noticeably improves the finish.

Using the upgraded filter with DI vessel water, as you mentioned, is the perfect combination for a guaranteed spotless result.
