Regarding the issue you mentioned with the sprayer connector, we’ve had a look into this and the problem is almost certainly caused by chemical exposure and water conditions, rather than a fault with the unit itself. When strong chemicals or untreated hard water are left sitting in the connector, it can cause rusting or corrosion much faster than normal — especially if the parts aren’t rinsed through after use.

The sprayer itself has only been used a handful of times, so it definitely shouldn’t be failing under normal conditions. The pole and brush being in perfect condition also supports that the issue is isolated to the connector rather than the full setup.

Ordered online, after numerous phone calls/emails was told it's not in stock but can have longer lance at an extra cost of over £500!!!!

neat item

neat item, connected it to a Karcher K5 and it cleared a couple of gully pipes of light debris, coils up nice and compact. It was sent out and arrived quickly and there are no manufacturing defects or scuffs on the item, great value item.

Good customer service but the product…

Good customer service but the product did not work for me. The product was meant to stop water marks when cleaning car but did nothing

Thanks for your review, and I’m glad to hear you were happy with the customer service.

I’ve checked the water hardness for your postcode, and your area comes up as very hard water. In areas like this, a single‑stage filter will only make a minimal difference, simply because the resin can’t remove enough minerals before it becomes exhausted.

For very hard water, a three‑stage system is normally the recommended setup, as it gives the water much longer contact time with the resin so it can fully remove the minerals that cause spotting.

Another thing that can affect the results is running the tap at full pressure. These filters work best at a slower flow rate, which allows the water to pass through the resin properly and produce a spotless finish.

If you’d like, I can recommend the best setup for your exact hardness level so you get the results you were expecting.

Aquaspray® Pro 16L

This is an excellent tool. Forget dangerous ladders. Teamed with the 22ft pole it makes light work of cleaning windows, rendering and even the outside of gutters. Highly recommended. It was delivered swiftly.

My new blue water bin has a float in it to stop over filling,after day one it stopped working,,I've asked the seller for a replacement one to have a email stating wants to see it working and what machine IAM using.The machine has nothing to do with it .

I’ve looked back through the messages, and the only reason we asked for a quick video and details of your setup was so we could confirm exactly what’s gone wrong and send the correct replacement. Some faults look similar but have different causes, so we always check first to avoid sending the wrong part again.

To get this sorted for you now, can you let me know whether you still need a replacement float valve? If so, I’ll arrange one for you straight away.
