Bought a new generator

Bought a new generator, arrived on time, well packaged,
Had a small issue with the stop/start button but was easily and quickly replaced following a quick phone call, starts and stops as it should now but have not powered anything off it yet so will see how it performs under load in due course

No contact whatsoever

No contact whatsoever, not E-Mail, phone, WhatsApp,..so basically bought blindly also didn't buy telescopic poles cause no one was to be reached. Guys you're loosing money.

Unable to provide a positive review as…

Unable to provide a positive review as they have not delivered the product I ordered, nor, have they responded to emails requesting an update.

Update

Now have received item I ordered. It would appear that in the event of a problem. No action taken until a poor rating on trust pilot creates a response. Along with insincere platitudes and apologies. Wish I had looked on trust pilot before choosing this company.

I’m very sorry to read this and I completely understand why you’re disappointed. Your order was dispatched on time, but DPD failed to deliver it within the stated timescale, which is frustrating enough on its own. Where we fell short was not keeping you informed and not responding to your emails quickly enough — and for that, I apologise unreservedly.

Courier delays do happen, but a lack of communication from us is not acceptable. We should have acknowledged your messages and provided an update, regardless of how busy we were at the time.

You read all the reviews. You agree the price. There’s still that niggling feeling in the back of your mind are they as good as they seem.
The answer for me was better.
I bought my equipment in January and due to other commitments only fired it up mid March. I asked so many questions over the phone but never felt they were exasperated by my calls ( who could blame them) they went above and beyond to explain in a calm patient manner.

I finally get to try the gear out and have a break down with a piece of kit on its first outing. I rang explained what had happened. No judgement but I did wonder if it was something I had done.

Reassurance, positive action plan to get me up and working. A discussion to see if I was capable to replace the part my self or did it need returning to their workshop.
It was something I was capable of so the part was expressed to me and I received it the next day.

So I’m up and running again.
Being true to your word is a rare thing.
I’d like to thank Johnathan, Jon and Lewis for all their help.

16L backpack completely packed up

16L backpack completely packed up. Costing me loads of money and delays. Customer service just offered to replace the battery.

If my product has stopped working they should just send a new one. Not a replacement part for something that’s not going to fix anything. The battery works absolutely fine until connected to the backpack.

Backpack leaked from the start. Now it just packs up while I’m trying to work n customer service arent very helpful. I appreciate the battery offer but that’s not going to fix the backpack.

Cheaply made, over priced, anyone thinking about buying one is better off shopping elsewhere. They might be good at marketing on social media but absolute shit products.

I’ve had a look into your case and I can see our team offered a replacement battery because, based on the symptoms you described at the time, that was the most likely cause. If the issue goes beyond the battery, we will of course put that right for you. We don’t expect you to be left with a product you can’t use.

Regarding the leak you mentioned, that’s not something we would expect from the backpack, so we’d like to get this fully inspected and resolved properly. We’re more than happy to arrange a return so we can assess the unit and either repair or replace it depending on what’s found.

We take product quality seriously, and we want to make sure you’re back up and running as quickly as possible. If you can get in touch with our customer service team, we’ll get this sorted for you straight away.
