Hi this is the first time i have felt I…

Hi this is the first time i have felt I needed to right a review but my experience has really got to me,I purchased a 30 feet venom pole and must say the sales team and were perfect with their advice as i was just starting my new exterior business and new to it
But I have had a different experience with after sales as after 9 months of having the pole ive had problems with the clamps and my pole spinning as i use it (not good job taking longer and frustrating)as I explained this was a new start part time so not using it every day all day .I happened to be on Liverpool for a family event so popped into the show room on January 5 to replace the clamps that needed replacing to be told they needed to order them in ,well still waiting and this week Ive had 3 conversations on the phone to be told we will call you back but never happened today Ive called again to be told wait ill just check to see if we have them in down stairs,after 30 minutes waiting on phone i put phone down then called back 30 later to be told customer come in so they attended to the customer ,so if you’re spending you come first.I was told I would get a call back which I did to be told they still didn’t have any clamps for 2/3 weeks and would order them in (heard this back in January)so until then i have to solder on the
Sales team cant do enough but after they got your money?????

I really do appreciate your kind words about the sales team, but it’s clear that our after‑sales support hasn’t met the standard you — or we — should expect.

I’ve looked into the situation, and I completely understand why you’re disappointed. You visited us back on 5th January to request replacement clamps, and from what you’ve described, you’ve been left waiting far too long for a clear update or resolution. Being passed around, promised call‑backs that didn’t happen, and being left on hold for that length of time is simply not acceptable. You’re absolutely right to call it out.

Just to be transparent, the Venom pole clamps have been on extended back‑order from the manufacturer, which is why they weren’t available when you visited. However, that does not excuse the lack of communication or the delays you’ve experienced since. You should have been kept fully updated, and we should have handled your follow‑up calls far better.

I want to get this sorted for you properly. If you can get in touch with me directly, I’ll personally take ownership of this and make sure you’re not left waiting any longer than necessary. Whether that means securing the clamps, arranging an alternative solution, or discussing any other options, I’ll make sure you’re looked after.

Just not a good experience at all

Just not a good experience at all
Wrong product sent
Item missing from order
Customer service representative who just wouldn’t listen and kept talking over me
Items returned but still got charged for the original post costs
Went direct to Karcher and got what I wanted for a cheaper price
Have just received a phone call in relation to my 1 star review, asking if I would remove it as they stated, they had issued a full refund. I told them the original purchase price I paid and the refund that had been sent, and the reply was “the postage was being refunded separately” 🤔
And yet again he continued to speak over me
Oh well the review is here to stay I’m afraid
Oh my god
After reading the response below firstly you can’t even get my name right
Secondly, I did phone your company in the first place and I actually spoke with John who was the so called company expert told him exactly what I needed and he actually sent me the links to order parts I needed, so in clarification I did not order them from your website but I went on your advice
But best of all the product expert is now Head of customer services
You seriously could not make this up!!

To clarify a few points for anyone reading: the item supplied was the product ordered by the customer without prior consultation. Unfortunately, it later transpired that it was not the correct part required for the machine in question. We’re always happy to advise before purchase to avoid this, and we do recommend checking compatibility in advance where possible.

Regarding the return, the item was accepted back unused and in its original packaging, and a full refund was issued. The original outbound postage was refunded separately, which can sometimes appear as a second transaction depending on the payment provider.

I’m sorry if our communication came across as frustrating at any point — that was certainly not our intention. We always aim to listen carefully and resolve matters fairly and professionally.

We appreciate all feedback, even when it’s critical, as it helps us improve our service going forward.
