I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. We had bought a scooter for our son from another supplier and had been let down. We called Andy to see if he was able to help us and he was really knowledgable, helpful and transparent. We placed our order with him and even though there were unexpected delays in the shipping through Covid and Brexit restrictions, we always knew what was happening and he replied immediately to our questions. When the scooter arrived in the UK he went beyond the call of duty and delivered it to us in person to save time. My teenage son, who had almost given up on getting his scooter, was delighted and has used it every day since.
