Good experience, to review the terms for online shopping
I'm a happy client of the shop in Rome since 15+ years. I really like the style and quality of the garments. Half of my wardrobe is branded by EP. I usually buy on-line with no problems. Nevertheless, this time I had to return an item and I got charged for the fees for the delivery and the return. While I understand that is clearly stated in the terms and conditions and that the refund worked very efficiently, I believe that the fees of the return and the initial delivery should not be charged, especially for existing clients.
