It was a pleasure calling Ereplacementparts! Tammy has a clear tone and she spoke slow enough so it was easy for me to understand her over the phone. This is a rare pleasure in this new world where I usually get a ROBOT VOICE or an accent at high speed from the other side of the world on a poor connection.
Tammy got my order in and took my card information in just a few minutes and I got on with my day feeling good.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, fair price, and even though it wasn't a direct fit for my grill it was close enough that I could make it work with a few modifications. The one for my grill was no longer available, but they had this one and it is working great. Thanks for keeping my grill going, don't really want a new one. This one is seasoned nice and it takes a lot of use to get one right. E Replacementparts is great.

Heather was very helpful and very courteous! She went out of way to help me find the filters that I needed for my range. The company had the filters that I needed after spending several hours on the phone with Home Depot and Lowes who did not carry what I needed.
