bedankt voor uw reactie. Helaas was het voor ons niet mogelijk om de bestelling eerder te verzenden vanwege het feit dat het huisnummer bij de bestelling ontbrak. Zodra u het huisnummer aan ons heeft doorgegeven hebben wij de bestelling verstuurd en volgens de track&trace van GLS was deze de volgende werkdag bezorgd.
We hopen dat u wel tevreden bent met het door u bestelde product.

Lifesaver for anyone with RSI
I wouldn't be without my ergo grip mouse, one of the best things I have ever bought. It made a terrific difference to my RSI and meant I could keep on working, when I thought I would have to stop. Great value too.
The service from Ergo2Work is also fantastic and their helpdesk is excellent too. I highly recommend them.

The telephone
The telephone that we ordered came on time and was delivered correctly. We have set the telephone in working and it worked well until a week had gone by and then we could not dial out from it. The emergency call worked still and we asked for a replacement to be sent before we sent the first one back. This was so that my mother-in-law of 97 would not be left with out a way of contacting one of us if she had a problem. The staff of Ergo2work found this a little difficult as it is not the normal procedure but the staff talked to the lady in charge and she gave permission to work this way. We received a telephone that is a cheaper model and I put it into service. It worked, for us, better than the first one because it talked to you if you wanted to dial a number. The emergency calling system worked well as well and we were very happy to have received this service. We were credited with the difference between the two instruments. If I wanted another telephone then I would seriously consider buying from this company
