One star rating is even too much.Ordered a knee scooter for my foot surgery. I asked how long it would take and they replied immediately it would be 18 days. It’s been more than that so I emailed them again asking if they were a scam. Shame on them if they were as this is a medical necessity. They replied that the package looks like it was lost in transit and will refund in 7-8 days but I am sure this is not true so I will be calling my bank. Who ever owns this site will go to hell for lying to people who needs the product. Could have got it sooner elsewhere.

I ordered 2 sets of folding tables and chairs at the end of October 2023,the company took the money from my card but NEVER delivered my merchandise, I would like to have my money back, but the number I found on Google doesn't work, there is no way to contact them!!!would not recommend them ever!!

Don't trust them low life's that lied scam Sent my husband to hospital with stroke.the all need go he'll.

Ordered a yard sweeper for $48. Should have known to good to be true. But they were a sponsored ad on Google so thought it was safe. Anyhow, first red flag was no confirmation email (glad I took a screenshot), next red flag was email from their support email address saying they didn't receive payment. After showing them the screenshot I was told to disregard the non payment email due to their system being slow. I received an email with a tracking number and website to track the package. They must read people's reviews because it did update every day or other day with the status. Today I saw "delivered" in the tracking but no package to be found. I called my local post office hub and had them check that tracking number. Found out it was legit but not for my order, it was a delivery to Iceland back in June 2023. I tried contacting ericdress several times with no reply (funny they responded right away when emailed about payment). So instead of wasting more time I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I've also reported ericdress to a few online services for these types of scams. Unfortunately they are getting quite sophisticated these days. Don't purchase from them! You won't receive anything less than a headache!

I order from them two months ago and never got my item. I hope no
one else buy from them because they will take your money and you will get nothing in return, Do not order from them. They got me for $48.95 . It not a lot of money to me but they are still scam artist so beware .

I wouldn’t give them not even one star. They are scam after 12 emails between me and them they said that they will not return the garbage that they gave me the pictures that you see it is not what they sent you and they will never send your money back. They keep running around with tons of emails and then at the end they say we cannot send you your money. They are scam be careful people.

Horrible. Ordered a dress, took forever to arrive, was not as pictured and the fit was terrible. They said they would credit me for part of it upon return. I returned it 5 months ago and still have not gotten a credit. Won't respond to emails. Do not recommend.

I ordered a Cuzin Pizza box oven, med PIZ-4012 I was Charged for that item , the money was taken from my account. I did expect a 30 day delivery time. This purchase was made March 20th 2023 . I have not received this item or any contact concerning my order.
