I ordered 2 dresses 1 look cheap and not as pictured!! The other evidently was not available & they didn't tell me unit months after and I had kept sending messages. I was told they would replace with something else. I sent them 2 options to replace and have heard nothing from them since. This has been over a year. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Zero stars! They’re so bad!! I can’t return my order!! I can’t even reach to consumer service! Customer service is horrible!!

I ordered a dress and a jewelry set on September 02, 2022. I am still waiting for my order. Eric Dress has not even tried to reach out to me about it. I've sent emails and tried calling but no response. They still owe me a dress from 3/2020. They are behaving like thieves. I am sorry that I ordered from the again. I want satisfaction or all of my money back

I got charged for something which I ordered, that they did not have or could not get. And I didn't find out until a long time later, after I had ordered. It didn't say anything about being out of stock like things normally do when I submitted the order and they refuse to give my money back. So I do not want anybody else to get scammed for their overly priced merchandise you moat certainly may not ever receive, and you still get charged for the item/shipping. But you never receive it and there was no out of stock on it. When I had ordered it.
Fake false advertising of a SCAM WEBSITE.

This is reference to a year ago. I have a very bad experience. I ordered a pink jump suit . It look a few weeks to come and it was far from the picture. The sizing was completely off th pants came to my calf and the blazer sleeves to my elbow and that wasn’t the style. It was a cheap fuzzy stretchy material. I paid 60$ and when I contacted them for a refun the offers me 10$ and something like I had to pay for shipping. I was repulsed by the experience and threw the outfit in the garbage. So cheap waste of money and it was for an important event. I tried to leave a review on the website and it wouldn’t let me because it was one star! Only reviews on there were fake 5 star reviews. Though it was odd that no one had anything to complain about. Such a scam!

Avoid this company. Failed to send the goods then took a long time refunding me. I had to get my credit card company to reclaim the payment.

Please don’t purchase anything from them. They display items that they don’t have and then they send whatever they want. The quality of dresses is poor. I ordered a beautiful shoe and then they sent me a shoe with skull heads. In addition, they gave me a wrong address in China to return it back and received the shoe again 6 months later. I was just a waste of money mailing it back which was expensive. They don’t offer any free postage to return items back. I learn my lesson buying things from them.

Ordered pants in March.It's now May and I still haven't received the order or a refund. I've never had to fight so hard for an item I purchased. I have contacted them several times and have been waiting with no results and now I'm out 62. for a pair a pants. Stay away from this company if you don't want to lose money.

I ordered 1 shirt and 1 dress on April 2nd 2022 believing they would be delivered by Easter April 17th because they advertised 14 day delivery. Well, its May 2nd 2022 and the shirt is still being processed. 30 goddamn days later. I will contacting my Attorney General and several other authorities to see if I could get my $67.58 refunded. They are misrepresenting what they state on their site. This the WORST site I have ever solicted in my adult life. It is a good thing they are not in America!

I ordered 3 dresses to try different styles. They would not refund my dress quoting it was made from fine material. The third dress arrived a month later they promised a refund but now will not respond to email. The company is a scam I'm stuck with 700.00 worth of dresses and could only use one after 87.00 worth of alterations, I could have gone to a reputable bridal hose for this money. I will attempt to sue via Chase bank/Paypal. Its disappointing that scam artist ruin good online companies.

I ordered a pantsuit in Jan, in February I asked EricDress to cancel the order due wait time and since the website said it had not yet been processed. It is now April and still no pantsuit or refund. Awful customer service and refund policy.

I ordered a pantsuit from Ericdress, March 13, 2022, and to this very day I have not received the pantsuit or a refund. A week after ordering the pantsuit, I received an email from Ericdress stating the item was no longer in stock. The pantsuit was something I wanted to wear for a special occasion in April. I requested a refund and their response to me was to order something else at a discount. I responded I did not want anything else and wanted a refund. I have made multiple requests for a full refund and all I get is the run around. They finally agree to send the refund, but I still have not received the refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The first red flag when I placed my order, my bank contacted me to see if I had a fraud charge to my account and I had to verify the charge for the order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
YOU MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY GET THE RUN AROUND.

Do not buy from this company - they will send you very poor quality and say they offer refunds - but you will NEVER get your money returned! I paid £40 to track and return to China - that was 3 months ago! They will not give you your money back! No dresses! And out of pocket!

I was going to order until l read all the bad reviews, not one good one. Thank you all for sharing and allowing me to dodge that bullet, although l am sorry they took advantage of you guys

I placed an order over a month and a half ago. Order tracking shows that the last update was two weeks ago, most of the tracking info is not in English. I have emailed them several times , sometimes they respond , other times they don’t. I still have not received my package. Needless to say I will not order from Ericdress again. I also want people to know about my experience and think before buying anything from this company.

If I could give no star at all I would as Ericdress does not deserveeven a one star. I bought a dress from them and the next day I cancelled my order. Ericdress acknowledged that they have received my cancellation. However, when I asked for my money back since I cancelled and the dress was never sent to me. Ericdress told me they have not received any payment. When I checked my credit card statement ericdress have already taken money from my credit card and refused to refund me. So I lost my money and didn't even get the dress. Do not ever shop with Ericdress they are a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..this company need to be ban from doing business here in America, they are taking ppl money and not returning it. I bought a dress to wear to my Daughter's funeral $200 +paid extra for expedite shipping and I was so disappointed. The dress was nothing like the picture, it didn't come on time as promised. I didn't receive packages until couple days after the funeral. After asking back for my money including the extra i paid for shipping..their response was ridiculous, they basically don't have any intention of returning your money, or working anything out for you to actually get partial of your money. This company is sad, outrageous and a theft. Do not be fooled by the pictures they show its all a lie.
