Excellent communication! So easy to renew subscription, change payment method, and add other devices.

ESET does not blast frivolous messages on my laptop like some other virus protections I had in the past.

I simply adore the scan check every time I open one of my bank or credit card apps. This is an active reminder that ESET is doing their job. Other services supposedly running in the background had ghosted me.

I appreciate ESET continually running in the background without evidence of creating a drag on the performance of my devices. It may be too soon to properly evaluate, but since I quit a different protection on another device, I'm now realizing a significant decrease in buffering and less throbbing loading apps.

Now, I'm wondering/hoping you may have some perks for seniors? At 67, I'm not gaming and no longer presenting remotely. Unfortunately, my tech job "retired" me, and I'm trying my best to manage with a fixed income. Are any senior benefits or loyalty discounts available?

This the only anti virus protection that hasn't bogged down my computer.

ESET reps are helpful, prices are good, and the skill level of the tech department is the best. The technology of ESET's security is the best.

I have not ever signed up for ESET. My email address is being used by someone else. Clearly they do not check whether the email address they use is actually that of the person who signed up. This is not a good look for what purports to be a security company.

The person handled the request to extend coverage for the next three years quickly and efficiently , and I received confirmation shortly thereafter

I've been using ESET for almost a decade now & love it. Unlike other antivirus software, ESET is far less intrusive - it doesn't use tons of RAM and isn't always sending me pop ups telling me to buy other tools. It only pops up me when an actual threat is identified, which is exactly what I want. Worth the cost, for sure.

ESET has kept my computer clean and their customer service is outstanding.

Hard to get in touch with and cannot down grade to lower my bill....

I only turn my large computer on about once a month so it can update. I usually do after I have dressed for bed. I turned it on and had to renew my subscription.

It was so easy to do I could do it in my half asleep state.

ESET has been a trouble-free, reliable service. Even when I have made a mistake, they have blocked me from reaching the Bocus website. So far so good!

I've been a user of ESET for a decade and change without any issues. I'm confident in the protection my system gets with this product.

ESET is by far a great system for security and between the enabling of my Malwarebytes with assistance in privacy - never a security problem not handled...

Pretty bullshit to discontinue your password manager. Thanks for the advance notice and all, but I still preferred that benefit to 10 billion other nagging things like another service monitoring my credit report or another damn VPN thing.
