I have been an ESET customer for many years and I have been extremely happy with the service. I have never had any negative issues since I installed ESET on my computers.

ESET is great - I've had no issues at all. I don't have the constant pop-ups and emails warning me that xxx may have happened. I've had that from other security businesses. Keep up the great work, and notifying me when necessary.

My ESET Renewal (my first) was easy-peasy on line. Payment instructions were succinct & clear. Subscription details were thoroughly outlined & orderly. A receipt was instantly emailed to me.

The program works to keep my data out of the hands of Scammers. I have no complaint.

The basic model for a MacOs system is the cyber security system which has way too many functions, all of which, impact the performance of my Mac computer. I already have network level security support, so I don’t need Eset cyber security. It would much better if I could have the same basic antivirus features I use on my windows computers.

I have had NO INTRUSIONS to my computer or phone. There is no better recommendation.

Tech was very knowledgable and helpful! My problem was solved quickly!

At the end of April into early May I contacted ESET two times for Technical support as my renewal was coming up. BOTH TIMES my calls were transfered. The individuals picked up and was given access to my computer. Neither of these individuals identified themselves, and I didn't question it as I thought that was talking to ESET employees. I was then led down a deceitful path to scammers without knowing it.

Once I found out that I was scammed, I contacted ESET and told them about this. The ESET employee told me 5his transfer situation never happened. So I was a liar. It DID happen but she was nor convinced. I ended the call very disappointed and insulted with and by this. I did, in the end, renewed a one year membership with ESET as I have been satisfied with their services. But I did the renewal online and not by phone. This mistake and scam has cost me several hundred dollars and unfortunately I am going to have to chalk it up to a lesson learned.

ESETs RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW:

Thet informed me to tech support on their website and if I called them to make sure I hit 2 to talk to tech support (which is what I did that got me transfered to scammers). So in the end, ESET'S response was nothing but an empty bag of air. So be it.
