I was greeted with hostility and Contemot by young Indian guy, I asked him about esso card, he said its online. So sad that staff are letting your company down, I'm go else where, so should everyone else.

This company is partaking in the cold blooded murder of 400 innocent and beautiful ostriches. They are in bed with the gvt and being paid with OUR Canadian tax dollars to kill these healthy birds. Time to boycott!!!!

Went to post a parcel (Esso station has a post office within it). It was raining as I walked there so the parcel got wet. The staff member was so rude to me asking me how he could stick the label on to something wet. I said I could dry it for him if it was a problem. The way he spoke to me was disgusting.

By chance, my sat-nav took me along Stubbins Lane in Ramsbottom, when my little Focus was thirsty for fuel as I headed to nearby Heywood.
I saw vehicles queuing to enter the ESSO garage, and thought a pump must be out of action.
However, I quickly discovered that every one was working, and that the reason for the Friday lunchtime queue was this location's popularity.
Motorists, passers-by, hungry schoolkids, truckers, and even a woman from across the road were there for multiple reasons.
The Greggs and Starbucks were in demand, there were machines for hot and cold drinks and much more along the well-stacked shelves.
Unusually, for a 24/7 operation, the floor, walls and equipment were absolutely immaculate, with not even a tiny paper bag in sight.
Even the electronic payment device looked as if it was brand-new.
The lad who served me was swift, precise and polite, and the female *CEO* was on hand with a friendly smile and to make sure the transaction went smoothly.
I'll never pass by again, but if every other fuel stop is at 80% of this level, I'll be delighted.
Top-notch by every criteria.

The ESSO location on Causley Street, in Blind River, Ontario is a disgrace. Dirty, no working washrooms (for a long time, based on reviews).
Just portable toilets in a back parking lot. How would a disabled person use?
We would never have stopped there for gas if we had seen the signs on the door, and will.know not to stop at another Esso again.
This is an embarrassment to your whole brand.
