Thank you for the process which was simple, fast and friendly even with the high volume of people requiring your service. If I can offer one comment in a negative sense, it would be the failure to signpost where the test centre was located. There should also be, specific instructions issued by the cruise companies to the passengers!

Exceeded Expectations
With all the negative press surrounding travel testing we didn't have high expectations, however Eurofins provided great service and rapid results, everything we hoped for. The only slight disappointment is that we purchased Day 2 LFT before the Govt change requiring PCR. We understand why a refund is not possible but it would be nice if Eurofins allowed us to reassign these tests for a future trip.

Test station is easily located & staff…
Test station is easily located & staff is friendly, fast & professional. What I do not like is the result certificate is not sent to us via email. Instead, it is required to login Eurofin website with a very difficult-to-remember password. Waste of my time to call Eurofin operator & ask for password too.
