The building was easy to find
The building was easy to find. I got there at opening time, asked if I could be seen early and they said yes. Took just a couple of minutes to do the test. Staff were friendly. Told me the test would go to the lab at 4:00pm, got a text from the lab at 8:00pm to say it had been received. The next morning when I woke up I had an email with the result and certificate. Very efficient.

Efficient service
I had my 2 day antigen lateral flow test at the Horley Travel Centre. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. I waited there 15 minutes and the result was available. It was also sent to me by email.
I had previously had a ‘fit to fly’ PCR test there and got the result within 24 hours. The cost was competitive.
Very sorry to hear the Horley centre is closing, it is very convenient for me.

Thanks for leaving us your feedback. It is unfortunate that a number of our test sites are closing. We do offer home testing options so you can get your sample kit delivered to your home and carry out the test then return it back. Lost my PCR
Lost my 10am PCR I rang 6 times and kept getting told to be patient and often not listened to, even though the other test arrived at midnight. Eventually on the 6th call I was taken seriously and they checked the lab at 8pm following day and it hadn’t even arrived from 10am the day before. Missed the flight so I will be lodging a formal complaint for compensation
