Customer service very bad, overcharge not resolved
Tests went smoothly, but I was overcharged, and am still waiting for this to be resolved.
First email unanswered, phone call to customer relations who could not help and gave me a different email address, was asked for more information, which I provided a week ago, no answer. No refund.

A seamless and efficient service.
The process could not have been easier, from booking online to attending the appointment at your Dickens Heath site . I was seen on time for both PCR tests (outgoing and day 2) and my results were emailed to me within 24 hours. The staff on site were friendly and efficient. I cannot praise the service highly enough as it just made navigating the red tape relating to travel at present just so much easier !!
